Welcome to Stay Wild, a private mountain retreat built for family reunions, multi-family trips, and big groups. Set on 2.5 wooded acres between Pigeon Forge and Wears Valley, with mountain views and frequent wildlife sightings, this ~3,500-square-foot cabin sleeps up to 12 just 0.2 miles from WildSide Adventure Park—with 20% off MegaZip and guided UTV Tours for Stay Wild guests. A Cabin That Works for Groups

Across three levels, Stay Wild gives everyone room to gather without feeling crowded—share meals and play games together, then spread out when different parts of the group want their own space.

Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): King bed, private ensuite bath (walk-in shower) — steps from the living room, game room, kitchen, and deck

The three king suites with private ensuite baths make the cabin especially comfortable for multiple couples, grandparents, or adult family members who appreciate having their own room and bath.

Two Kitchens and Plenty of Gathering Space

Two full kitchens make group travel easier—prepare a large family dinner, keep snacks convenient on both levels, or let early risers make coffee without waking anyone else. Two living rooms, each with an electric fireplace, and indoor/outdoor dining areas give the whole group room to gather without every activity happening in the same space.

Start the morning with coffee on one of two wraparound decks while the mountains wake up around you. Black bear sightings are common on the property, with regular visits from wild turkeys and occasional glimpses of deer or even a bobcat. After a day exploring the Smokies, unwind at:

WildSide Adventure Park is just 0.2 miles away, making it easy to add a guided UTV Tour or MegaZip adventure to your trip—North America's longest zip line, with four side-by-side lines letting you race friends at speeds up to 55 mph. Spend the day hiking, visiting waterfalls, exploring Pigeon Forge, or enjoying local restaurants and attractions, then return to your own private mountain retreat.

Genuinely Dog Friendly

Dogs are part of the family, and Stay Wild welcomes up to three well-behaved dogs of any size or breed.

$300 per-stay pet fee
Please indicate you're bringing dog(s) at the time of booking
Please minimize the time your pup is left alone at the cabin, and do your best to keep dogs off the furniture—bringing a pet blanket to cover furniture is a great option
Please clean up after your pet in all outdoor areas; an additional $50 fee applies for excessive pet hair on bedding or towels
Undisclosed or unapproved pets will result in a $500 fee
Cats and other animals cannot be accommodated due to allergy considerations

Starter Supplies

We stock the cabin with starter supplies to get you through your first day or two—dish soap, K-cups, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and laundry detergent, plus fresh linens and towels. Food City is about 15 minutes away for anything extra.

Hot Tub

Our six-person hot tub sits under a covered gazebo. Please close and secure the cover after each use, avoid glass containers in or around the tub, and don't add soaps, oils, or bath products to the water. Children must be supervised at all times.

Fire Pit

Never leave the fire unattended, and fully extinguish it before heading inside. No gasoline, lighter fluid, or other accelerants, and please avoid the fire pit during burn bans or unsafe weather.

Trash & Wildlife Safety

All trash must be bagged, tied, and placed in the bear-resistant cans provided—never left on decks, porches, or in vehicles.

Booking Policy

Guests must be 25 or older to book. Cancellations and refunds follow the platform's policy selected at booking—no additional refunds beyond that policy. Guests assume all risk for injury, loss, or damage during their stay. We're not liable for acts of God, power outages, or municipal service disruptions, and we're not responsible for lost or stolen property. Travel insurance is encouraged.

Getting Around

A personal vehicle is the best way to enjoy everything the Smokies have to offer. Stay Wild has parking for up to five vehicles, making it easy for families and groups arriving separately. Unlike many mountain cabins, the entire drive is on paved roads, and the property features a flat, easy-to-navigate driveway—no four-wheel drive or steep mountain roads required. For EV drivers, a Level 2 charger is available on-site. Ride-share services are available but can be limited during evenings and peak travel seasons, so we recommend having your own vehicle for the greatest flexibility.

Stay Wild combines mountain seclusion with modern comforts: Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi, a Level 2 EV charger, an in-cabin washer and dryer, and parking for up to five vehicles.
