The apartment is really large , 120 sqm ! has a balcony size about 2.5 x 1.5 meter, suitable for service area or for an outdoor dining with a green view . the view is open 360 degrees . no high towers around this building .You’ll love my place because it's really spacious and cozy, quiet and far from street noises. My place is good for couples, sole adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). My place is close to the city center and old Town, green parks, shopping malls, local markets, expats' meeting points, Central Festival, Big C, Dowroong School, Darasamut School. The nearest beach is Patong beach at 12 km, but we suggest to go to Nai Harn beach, it's 14 km away.Guests can have access to the common swimming pool every day till 7 pm. The company management office at ground floor can assist you in case of emergencies.Next to the residence there is many big Spa and massage place. At about 300 meters there is SuanLuang Park and a 7Eleven convenient store and a few restaurants. But most people prefer to go to Phuket Town or to Central Festival Mall for eating.

Feel like at home and enjoy a relaxing neighborhood, yet with all amenities at easy access in a few minutes, such as shopping malls, green public parks, international supermarkets, hospitals and schools.

Guests shall take care of cleaning the apartment by themselves, although a maid service can be available at 800 THB each time.
Changing bed sheets and towels is on guest duty and expenses.
There is a communal washing machine at ground floor, but no space for drying clothes, they shall be kept in the apartment's balcony for drying. We recommend to use a local laundry shop, it's just more practical and cheap.
Electricity is not included in the rental, we charge 6 THB x Kilowatt consumed.
Compulsory final cleaning and laundry is 50 $.
A safety deposit is required at check-in and it will be refunded upon check out after checking the apartment from damages or to cover unpaid bills. For stays up to 3 months the safety deposit is 30,000 THB; for longer stays we ask 1 month rental safety deposit. The safety deposit is not refunded in case of early departure or cancellation during the stay.
