Charming house with garden and pool

The house is a beautiful XIXth century building that has been recently renovated, joining a traditional feel to the conforts of modernity. It features a good wifi connection and a private underground parking at less than 300 m.

The villa has 3 separate bedrooms: one with a king size bed, one with two twin beds and a smaller one with a single bed. There is also a living room with a sofa that could host two additional people and features a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and is adjacent to a dining area. A separate studio, that could host 3 persons, with a king size bed and a sofa, can be connected to the house if needed. Children are welcome but they need to be supervised. There is a small swimming pool and a relaxing garden. The villa offers a barbecue.
