I booked this place for three days and followed the prompts for payment through VRBO that took me to Atokpan Business for payment on Dec 27 2025. I provided a copy of my passport as required and completed the payment and reservation. That same day I was told the place was booked for those dates and that it should not have been available on the calendar. Was told that I would be refunded my payment. It’s now January 12th and I still do not have a refund. The owner Oscar is also not replying to my messages. This is the WORST VRBO experience I have ever had. I want my 342.76 CDN refunded back on my credit ASAP.
