Upstairs is the Master bedroom with a Queen bed, FireTV & en-suite Master Bath. There are 2 additional bedrooms (3 beds) and a full bath. We can’t wait to host you!

This modernized Wilmington row home is situated in the bustling Cool Springs neighborhood, just a short distance from the restaurants, bars and eateries of Trolley Square, the Riverfront, downtown, the Wilmington bus and train stations, I-95 and other popular points.
Central A/C, WiFi, upgraded kitchen appliances and laundry area, just to name some of the property features. This property was fully renovated in 2023! On street parking, no off street parking available.
Walk up onto the porch and as you enter just through the front door you`ll find the open floor concept with the living room, kitchen and dining area. The powder room sits to the left on the first floor just before the kitchen. The laundry area is tucked away off to the left as you leave the living room area. The digital thermostat is simple to operate, to the left also just after the living room.
The kitchen has everything one could need to prepare food, cook and entertain in culinary style. Just beyond the kitchen, you`ll find the dining area with the kitchenette and bar seating. Straight out back is the backyard with the outdoor furniture to sit and chill, eat or otherwise.
Walk back in and go straight upstairs to find the three complete bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV for your enjoyment or a fun family movie night. The master bathroom is attached and meets all standards.
The second bedroom boasts of another queen sized bed and other furnishings while bedroom three has a bunk bed to expand the accommodations. A full sized bed is seated at the bottom with a twin on top.
THIS IS A SHORT-TERM/MID-TERM RENTAL FOR THE TIME SET FORTH IN THE BOOKING RESERVATION. IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED BY ALL PARTIES THAT, AS A GUEST, YOU DO NOT HAVE TENANT RIGHTS. AS THE GUEST, YOU AGREE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND RETAIN ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY AT THE AGREED TIME AND DATE FOR CHECK-OUT OR IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT IT IS TRESPASSING.
You have full use of the interior and exterior of the property with the exception of the basement with digital door lock.

We just ask that you be respectful of the house and take care of it as if it was your own. Please be mindful of security with doors and windows, as well as efficiency as it relates to air and heat.
We ask that you keep the place clean and manage things in a respectful manner. Please keep it together to limit the work of the cleaners and not cause extra cleaning charges. We really appreciate the teamwork and hope to host additional stays in the future!
THIS IS A SHORT-TERM/MID-TERM RENTAL FOR THE TIME SET FORTH IN THE BOOKING RESERVATION. IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED BY ALL PARTIES THAT, AS A GUEST, YOU DO NOT HAVE TENANT RIGHTS. - The whole house must only be used for private/residential purposes only. The maximum number of guests allowed is 8.
- Whether providing a ‘personal’ service or selling illegal substances, we do not tolerate any illegal activity and will prosecute if this is ignored. If we suspect this is happening at any time during your stay, we have the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately.
- No parties or functions should be held in the property, and please be mindful of your noise level to avoid disturbing the occupants of neighboring apartments. Quit hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM
- Smoking is not permitted inside our properties. You can smoke far in the backyard, but please ensure you dispose of the cigarette butt thoughtfully.
- You must leave our properties in a clean and tidy condition.
- Please ensure that dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, coffee machines, toaster, kettles, etc. are clean and dry before storing them.
- We are dog-friendly, but we require information in order to approve or decline a stay request. Please inquire directly about pets.
- Do not rearrange the furnishings. If you see the need to rearrange the place, do seek approval and assistance.
- Visitors are allowed, however, you can only invite 3 people, and they are not permitted to stay beyond 10 pm or sleepover. If a visitor sleeps over for any reason, you will be charged an extra $30 per visitor/night as they will now be considered guests.
- If an accident occurs, please report the issue to us promptly.
- Locking the doors and windows anytime you leave the house is essential. Also, do turn off the taps and bulb when not in use.
- To prevent possible blockages, please do not dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids, fats, or feminine hygiene items in the WC, sinks, or shower tray.
