Our apartment is well furnished with Kitchenette, large bedroom and living room , with amazing sea view and green mountain view. Our clients do not have to share anything with other tenants. You have a large Kitchenette, bathroom and living room to to yourself.

The environment is very quiet and breezy, with trade winds from the ocean near by. We have parking near by, and on property as well.

We have trees surrounding the property which make it very cool and fresh all day.
Gentle reminder that the property is 3 mins drive from the highway and 40 mins walk on foot. A vehicle is Strongly recommended for easy moving around .

Property directions:
from the Gros Islet highway, swing right into the Cas en bas road and continue the main road until you reach Trim national riding academy. It is on the left. Keep to the left, that is, the same side of Trim national riding stable and continue the road going down. Notice the road is part concrete. When you reach the immediate flat, stop. There you will see a garbage collection point a few feet in front of you. there is also a little road to you left and a little road to your right. Take the little road to your right. It is an incline and a little rough. upon clearing the little incline, you will see a blue two story house on a slope, on the right. There is a concrete driveway leading to the house.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules:
No smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
Do not remove furniture from the apartment and place outside.
No washing of clothes inside the tub and sinks.
Keep doors clothes (when leaving the apartment) and turn off the AC.
Do not bring extra persons into the apartment to spend the night who have not booked or without the permission of the landlord.
You pay for replacement of keys if you have lost them
Turn off lights when you go to sleep.
No Loud music
Do not adjust the settings on the Freezer and Fridge.
Turn off fans and AC units when you leave the property for more than half an hour.
