Condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your stay. Not only is it nice, but perhaps among its best features is its location. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable with private full-bath in each. The kitchen has everything for those who want to cook or prepare meals. It is an end unit. The lake and boat slips just steps away from your door. A boat slip is available with a one time $100 charge....Please let me know when booking if bringing a boat. Three golf courses just minutes away. Small town but with plenty of restaurants close by. Fishing and water recreation on the 100,000 acre Lake Marion. One minute from I95. Condo has a pack n play, games, movies, books. Condo is on ground level but you have to go down one flight of stairs to get to it. The parking lot and walkway are on the middle floor.

My party of 6 adults spent 3 nights in this very spacious condo. We loved the location with the balcony overlooking the lake. The condo community was quiet and felt safe. The neighbors were nice. The kitchen had pots/pans allowing us to cook breakfast. We absolutely loved many things about the condo.Our low rating is because the place was not clean and didn't feel sanitary upon our arrival. We found all 3 bathrooms unclean. i.e. hair in showers, toilets nasty 2 bathrooms had used bar soap and used razors in the shower. When we located towels in the linen closet, they were old, faded, & dingy. The dining table had crumbs on it as if someone had just finished breakfast. The refrigerator needed a deep clean. Before we could begin our weekend, the bathrooms and kitchen had to be cleaned and sanitized.Overall the condo did not feel fresh and inviting when we arrived. With Mrs. Linda telling me she lives in the condo, I would have expected she would have a professional cleaning service prepared the unit for guests because everyone's individual standards of cleanliness can vary. This is evident by the many reviews saying the condo was clean for their visit. Our experience was similar to low ratings left in 2023 and 2018.We did not mention our concerns to the owner during our stay because other than ask us to leave, which we didn't want to do, there was nothing she could do while we were there.The condo has amazing potential but we wouldn't recommend based on our experience.

Birdfest

There is a sweet music festival called Birdfest held on the property of the SC Waterfowl Association. This was a convenient and comfortable stay for music lovers. Enjoying the views from the balcony was an added bonus. Our hostess was available in "real" time, and all of our needs were met. Grateful.

A Gem on the Waterfront

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Linda’s condo was welcoming, clean, spacious, and the views of the lake were fabulous. We enjoyed morning coffee and birdwatching on the deck during our stay. We were close by to our relatives in Elloree and we also enjoyed hiking in nearby Santee State Park. We definitely will look to rent Linda’s condo again. Thank you for opening your lovely home to us.

Great stay

Spent one week at the condo for a family reunion close by and everything was great; the property manager was nice, the place was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. Thanks hope to book from you whenever I’m in town.

Beautiful Lake Condo

Beautiful condo right on Lake Marion. Cozy and comfortable with all the amenities. Beds were super comfortable and the condo was fully stocked and super clean. Just like home.

Family Event

My family and I were in the area for a wedding. The location was perfect. We were a short drive from the venue. The house was large enough so that everyone had their own space, the lake was right outside the door. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We would love the opportunity to stay at your home the next time we are in the area. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place.

This condo was dirty, the rugs and the furniture was old and shabby.

Once we got there we notified the owner that there was food in the fridge and the fridge was dirty. She told us it was her food and asked that we do not throw it away. The next day it was Thanksgiving and we were cooking therefore we had to clean the fridge and we placed her things to the side in order to accommodate our food. We immediately noticed that this entire condo was not clean and we began to take pictures. There was dust everywhere, the bathrooms had hair in every shower, we also found dog hairs. The outside of the toilets and showers were not clean. We spent the first day cleaning the condo sweeping and scrubbing down everything. It was obvious that it was not professionally cleaned. When I advised her of this and sent her pictures she said the pictures were not of her condo which was ridiculous, We made sure to show her accurate pics so she would know where the uncleanliness was and in what rooms and areas of the house. I asked her to show me a receipt of when she had the condo recently cleaned for our arrival and she never responded. No apology or anything she went ghost. We paid a cleaning fee included in our balance, if we paid don't others. Also she controlled the heat, we were not able to make any adjustments to it, it was as if it stopped working but we could hear it being turned on and off. We will never again rent from this person to professionally clean for your guest is a no brainer and a must it is unsanitary not to do so in this time of covid.

Lovely Home

Our family had a wonderful time in this very well appointed unit. Docked our Basstracker there and family went out fishing while I enjoyed reading on the peaceful balcony waching the wildlife and boats going by. We so enjoyed our stay and Linda, the owner was very helpful and responsive.

Great condo with awesome views of lake! Hosts are top shelf and are just a call or text away.

Had a great getaway to do some hunting at the Santee Refuge. Plenty of room and has everything you need, just bring food. Again the hosts are top shelf and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best.

Relaxing Girls Weekend

We enjoyed a relaxing girls weekend at the condo off of Lake Marion. We did a little bit of fishing from the docks, we could see the fish jumping out of the water, but really didn’t have a lot of luck catching anything we could keep. We drove down to Charleston and visited the city market, and took a carriage ride tour of the town. Linda was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo had a great view from the balcony of canal feeding into Lake Marion. The condo was spacious, comfortable and provided everything we needed. Our last night there we ate at The Lake House just across the bridge from us, it is right on the lake, great food there with a view. We definitely want to go back sometime.
