Stunning location and perfect house for a family to spend a week. Maine shines on this property, with rare water sunset views, and amazing tidal basin wildlife.

The house and property have spectacular views of Holmes Bay. Everyone including Calla, our dog, loved the open field and easy access to the beach. This was a great central point to hikes on Cutler's bold coast and just a short drive to Machias for restaurants and food. Highly recommend!

Breathtaking views, comfortable home, great location for visiting so many different areas. This was our second visit to Cutler, and it is beautiful. Very responsive hosts.

The cabin was beautiful and clean. We loved the quiet( best sleep I’ve had in years). Nearby restrauants to visit Waco diner and waterfront tavern, I would skip Helen’s unless you just want pie. The only complaint I have is there wasn’t any good reading lamps in the cabin.

Beautiful cabin on the Bay! What a great place to spend our 40th wedding anniversary. The property was fantastic. The private beach was great. We spent hours beach combing and star gazing at night. We will definitely be back. Clean rooms and a great host to work with!

Perfect vacation home

Our family of 4 and 2 dogs had the best week at Sea Chimes. The views are spectacular that you don’t want to leave but there was so much to explore. Would definitely come back!

First Visit to Maine

This was our first visit to Maine. The property was beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed exploring the different lighthouses and towns around the area.

Great trails nearby

If you're in the area for the Bold Coast, this house is in the perfect setting. Within 20 to 30 minutes you have some of the best hikes in the area. Great views from the home.

Relaxation

The perfect place for relaxation and reconnection with adult children! Sunsets, countless stars, practically 360 water views, the fire pit, and that wraparound deck!!!

Paradise!

Beautiful, amazing almost 360* Holmes Bay views. Cozy cabin with plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms and dog friendly! Our pups loved the rolling landscape and path down to the water! We visited many towns along the coast and up north. Scenic and peaceful and everything we were hoping for! Pure joy!!!

Amazing trip

We had a wonderful time in Maine! The house was exactly as advertised… only better! The views took our breath away and our daily beach walks were treasured family time. The house had all the comforts of home and was very clean and tidy. We would love to return someday. Thank you for sharing this very special place with us!

Wonderful week!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The entire property was gorgeous and quiet, and the sunsets were spectacular - we enjoyed walking the beach with our pup. If you are looking for a place to get away from chaos, this is your spot. Another Great Oceanfront Vacation!

Stayed here last year and loved it so much we stayed again. We were not disappointed! Beautiful location and a great home. Plenty of room for the three couples who went. We all enjoyed the local fresh seafood and relaxing in the large yard playing games and enjoying a campfire. The owners are great and had everthing there we needed. Highly recomend this property.

Sea Chimes

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at the Sea Chimes house! It was so peaceful and relaxing. The views were incredible and the sunsets were amazing. My dog loved it too! We will definitely return to Sea Chimes.

Lovely home surrounded by meadow with fantastic views of the bay. There are things to do close by, especially hiking with a nearby coastal trail that runs over 5 miles. Or just sit and watch the bay - bald eagles, osprey, all kinds of shorebirds; we even saw seals hunting walking the shore near sunset. Cannot say enough.
