Waterfront Cottage w/ Pool! Beach Access

Summary:

Welcome to my beautiful beach front cottage! There are water views from both levels of my home, and I also have an above ground pool! The beach is directly across from my cottage and is easily accessible. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and parking for 4 cars. The bed sizes are queen and double and I have a futon to sleep 8 total. It’s fully equipped with everything you need including a well stocked kitchen with a coffee maker and coffee, as well as Netflix and high speed internet. *NO HOT TUB



The Space:

My space is private and there are no shared spaces! Guests have the pool, parking and entire house all to themselves. The pool is open from June - Sept (exact dates are dependent on weather). It is NOT heated. The hot tub is NOT operational at the moment.



There is driveway parking available for 4-5 cars depending on size. There is also a large free parking lot right across the road. The public beach is right across the road as well and you do not need a pass to access it. There are plenty of shops and bars right down erie road around the corner from my place.



Guest Access:

Guests will access the property via keypad on the back door



Getting Around:

Across from the beach, lake views from the house, minutes to town and all the shops and restaurants



Other Things to Note:

Please NOTE there is a hot tub built into the deck but it is NOT operational. You will not be able to use it during your stay, even though it may be captured in some of the images. Thank you.
