Windsor Hills Town Home! So Close You Can Feel the Magic!

Our clean, warm, & inviting townhome has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and all the comforts of home. The living room has a sofa and loveseat, as well as cable TV, a DVD player and 50' flat screen TV for you to relax with.

Want to have some private-time in the splash pool?....the sparkling splash pool has privacy walls to the side (POOL HEAT UNAVAILABLE AT THIS TIME). Or choose to sit and relax in the warm Florida sun on the deck. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms.

The master suite which is located upstairs has a king bed, 32' flat screen TV with cable and a walk-in closet and its own full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom upstairs features 2 twin-sized beds with a 26' flat screen TV. The 3rd bedroom, located downstairs has sleeping arrangements consisting of a queen-sized bed with a 19' flat screen TV.

The townhome also features a fully equipped kitchen: full size refrigerator with oven/flat top burners, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker dishes, utensils, silverware, pots, and pans etc. full size washer, and dryer in unit, just beyond the living room is the lanai for your morning coffee and fresh air.

While we try and provide each guest with everything they will need, there are some items that are not provided in the homes.

While bath and hand towels are provided, you may want to bring your own beach towels and wash cloths as these are not provided in the homes.
Starters of toilet paper, and soap are provided, but you may need to supply more of these as your journey progresses. In addition, any basic toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, etc. must also be provided by the guest, as well as grocery supplies.

Amenities Galore here at Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills offers the highest level of comfort for your vacation dollar. The privacy gated Windsor Hills Resort caters to the vacationer`s every need!

The spacious clubhouse includes a luxury water park pool with fountains, waterslides and a spa, as well as a zero-entry pool that`s perfect for toddlers. There is also a children`s playground, community grilling area, tennis courts and sand volleyball.

In addition to the many exciting amenities offered by the Windsor Hills Resort, you`ll also find everything you need in your condo to make you feel right at home.

Beautiful

This property is beautiful. We enjoyed everything about it. The pool, the slides, the basketball courts, open field to toss a ball. Everything. The host was amazing and was wonderful to deal with. I couldnā€™t find baking sheets, and she had them delivered to the front door the very next morning! It is very close to all the Disney parks, It is incredible

Customer service was great! Condo was outdated & appeared it had been cleaned about a month ago & had not been rented or cleaned in awhile after it was cleaned a while ago. It was dusty and we had to wash all the sheets & towels before we used them. The ice maker and dishwasher didn't work, but again customer service/property manager was very prompt on their responses & helpful.

My family and I were excited to get away for vacation. When we arrived at the condo and began to look around we realized that it wasnā€™t what we were expecting. Switch plates were broken/missing. Dirty mugs, blood stain on a pillow case, no batteries for any remotes. Dirty blinds and a dirty air vent causing my kids to have sneezing attacks because of the dust. We made the best out of it because we couldnā€™t afford to stay anywhere else. I will not stay here again and wish I could get some money back

Somewhat rundown, beat up condition

Beds were like rocks. Dishwasher didn't work well. Pool walls need a good scrubbing, very stained and uninviting. Weeds growing in the patio cracks. Living room floor is warped and spongy to walk on, tiles cracking (we reported it right away). Downstairs shower worked well but glass door missing so they hung a tacky shower curtain up. We were having a family reunion so the place worked out for us size wise but was disappointing. The clubhouse and general pool was awesome, though. That was its redemption. Great location. The condo desperately needs updating.

Everyone inside the complex was super friendly.

The townhome was poorly cleaned (dishes were filthy, zero wash cloths, and floors/carpet were dirty) and we had issues with getting everything set up. Maintenance responded quickly to help us and it was suitable for our family of 7 after I cleaned it. It was nice having a pack and play/high chair. Our children loved the water park and pool. It was also easy to walk to other family members that were booked in the same area. Overall I am not impressed with Orlando area.

Not as good as it looked

The place needs to be painted and the downstairs bed should be updated. The bed upstairs was comfortable. Turn the little outdoor pools into spas. The pool in the back of where we stayed was dirty. Provide basic cooking tools like a spatula, various pan sizes and oven mitts or pads. It was an okay place but we have stayed in far better for the price,

Filthy unit, Dirty pool, ZERO communication

This property is very outdated and rundown, which I can deal with. What I canā€™t deal with is filthy. The contact simply does not reply . Ever. You can phone, they wonā€™t answer and wonā€™t call back. They donā€™t respond to emails and they donā€™t call back even when you request a call back. The unit was absolutely filthy when we got there, including the pool. We had to purchase a bunch of cleaning supplies just to clean it up to a livable standard. The washing machine and dishwasher sound like there is an airplane inside the property. The whole unit shakes when your washing clothes. We had to take the curtain at the front door down and wash it because it was so filthy. There is a useless vacuum in a cluttered and dirty closet but no mop to wash floors. No oven mitts, the blender on the counter does not work and the list goes on. The pillows on the bed are dirty and yellow, yes you read that right. Dirty and stained pillows. We couldnā€™t bring ourselves to use them. The baseboards were disgusting and the handrail going up the stairs was filthy. They charge you a ā€œcleaningā€ fee but by the looks of it they only wash the bedding and run the dishwasher. The unit hasnā€™t been dusted in years by the looks of it. We never got a chance to use the pool, such a waste. We sat around and watched our floaties twirl around but no one was brave enough to get in. This place is in dire need of a good cleaning and some upgrades. Donā€™t waste your money there are several properties in the complex that are in much better shape with management that actually returns calls and emails.

Location location

Close to Disney parks and shopping. The condo needs some TLC, carpets needs to be cleaned. Pool in backyard needs cleaning and better lighting, update the keyless entry directions, bring beach towels, towels in room have stains. Community pool was a big hit.

Windsor Hills Townhouse

Positives: Community is close to Disney properties for easy access, nice community pool area and the market in the clubhouse had most essentials needed for a short stay and convenient food and drinks. The unit was bug free and overall cleaning of the bathrooms, tile floors and appliances were ok. The overall community properties were in decent shape on the outside. Check in/out was easy. Negatives: this property should not be rented again until updated/cleaned/repainted/new flooring/furniture repairs. The pool was filthy and there were only cheap plastic chairs for lounging outside. The large appliances were clean but very old. There were zero starter supplies with exception of toilet paper and sliver-size bar soap samples in the bathrooms (no papertowels, trashbags, coffee filters,etc- all things that I'm sure previous renters left behind) (again, the market at the club house has all these things for purchase). The carpeting is old and stained. The towels were ridiculous- about 3/4 size, only two per bathroom and no hand towels or wash clothes. Sorry to say that I would NOT recommend this place to anyone in the current condition. Luckily, our days were mostly spent away in the Disney parks.

Bring an air freshener

The place smelled so musty when we opened the door. We stayed for 7 nights, and the pool was not cleaned a single time during our stay despite the paperwork saying it was cleaned weekly. Some of the pillows didn't even have pillow cases. Fridge was almost turned off when we got there. Didn't realize it until we put food in. Owner will not allow air to be turned down to a comfortable (to us) level. Fluorescent light bulbs mentioned in a review a month ago- still outside the unit under the front window. Counters had not even been wiped and I found crumbs in the bed my son was to sleep in. It was close to Disney, and we liked the community pool.

TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY! POOL IS UNUSABLE. Do not rent this unit. It was never maintained and is in terrible condition. The kitchen sink didnā€™t have a drain stopper so I had to buy one so I could wash the dishes in the sink. I had to do this because the dishwasher had standing water when we arrived and I didnā€™t trust it. The kitchen was missing a few important cooking items such as a spatula and a baking sheet. The washing machine needed to be replaced years ago. The bearing is bad on it and it sounds like a freight train driving by when it does the spin cycle. It also left dirty marks on our clothes after washing. Iā€™m assuming itā€™s filthy inside and possibly moldy. The walls and carpet are filthy and all scraped up. The microwave blows a fuse and needed to be reset in the fuse box. The A/C canā€™t be turned below 72 degrees because it supposedly freezes up if turned below that temp but I think that might be a way for management to save money. The pool in the backyard cannot be used. It was absolutely disgusting and the water was freezing. The pump and heater donā€™t work either. Overall, stay away from this property. 0/10 WOULDNā€™T RECOMMEND The community pool was nice so at least we had that but this property needs some serious cleaning/updating. Rent a different condo in this community.

It's a nice little condo but has been run down a bit. There were pulls in carpet and handful of stains too. Bed were not very comfortable as well. One afternoon we went to the pool but it was over crowded and we waited for a chair for over 30 minutes. Not nearly enough pool furniture to accommodate how many residents live there.

Dissapointed in this place

Not what we had expected. This place is very used with no maintance. We booked this place because it had a private pool and a water park to for our kids to play. The private pool was unusable. It was so cold and VERY dirty. The community waterpark is not heated and very cold water, and we are from Alaska! The condo had stained floors, ripped carpet, dirty dishes, dirty walls, furniture was poor quality, and was not stocked. No extra toilet paper, no paper towles, and no garbage bags. There were 4' florescent light bulbs left in the driveway to be stepped on. Thankfully we did not spend much time in the unit. We spoke to others in other units and they had similar experiances but also had ant problems, Thankfully we did not! I would not recommend this place.

Wonderful Family Fun

This property is in a prime location. Close to everything. Resort employees were very friendly and helpful. Safe and gated community. Very family friendly with loads of amenities. A few issues during the stay, however the management was prompt to respond by text and even came in the middle of the night to replace the battery in the fire alarm. Minutes from Disney.

Great location, family friendly!

We would definitely stay here again. Was a little disappointed out unit we book had an issue and they switched us the night before check in. The unit they switched us to seemed far superior to the one we booked. We also booked an end unit and got switched to a middle unit. Kids loved the pool and splash park. Just a few minutes away from Wal mart made grocery shopping easy. Couches were worn out and old and very uncomfortable. Unit could have been a little cleaner. Overall decent place and decent price!

The property was old and dated. Obviously no pest control, spiders was on all blinds,missing vertical blinds. The worst part, i rented this property was because of the private pool. IT WAS FILTHY!! ACTUAL DIRT AND MOLD! ON THE FURNITURE AND THE POOL AREA!! I called them, they said it was cleaned the day before, but because of the storms it got dirty again! LIES! I live 1 hour away. There was no storm. Then during my stay, you drained the pool,but didnt clean it. Avoid this place!!

The price and the Waterpark are really what drew us in. The screened pool in the back was an extra draw. Our kids had so much fun in that little pool. Feeling at home rather than a hotel stay was so nice. For our family size it can be tricky to get the bigger hotel suites and they won't book us for smaller hotel rooms. If you're extra fussy or posh.....don't stay in the budget homes......very minor details may turn off those seeking luxury. Random things like outdated video games in the unit (we weren't there for that anyway! Haha)- well stocked kitchen didn't have a simple baking sheet. One of the chair backs had a broken slat. The pool has a "fence" to close off the pool for safety but it was broken. I did tell the property manager so hopefully they fix it. I was nervous about picking up the key at the office, that also went perfectly smooth and it was a button code at the time of our stay. Worked well and didn't have to go return a key. Really the issues were so minor and didn't affect us desiring to be there. I was looking for inexpensive, room for our "large" family and the entertainment of the pool/water slides. Was exactly what we needed!!

Deceiving pics

The pics were deceiving. The pool was small and didnā€™t work properly. Weeds growing all around pool. The screens were half hazardly hanging. We were expecting a table outside to hang out around while the kids swam, not so much. Smelled musty EVERY time we entered. Location was great, but we wonā€™t be a return customer.

Poor housing

Old, not well maintained, with no supplies (paper towel, dishwashing detergent, only one toilet paper). TVs in one room not working. Very unconfortable second story, with too many steep stairs not suitable for senior persons. Inexistant communication with property manager. An example: my kid left behind a Harry Potter wand just purchased and when asked, property manager didnĀ“t even answered. Really disappointed with the place and service. Not recommended.
