Getting Around:
Nearest airport: Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) – 10 miles, approximately 20 minutes by car (driving time may vary based on traffic)
Parking: You have exclusive access to the left side of the driveway for parking, while the right side is shared. Free street parking is available nearby; please register your vehicle on the City of Mississauga’s website.
Other Things to Note:
House Rules:
▶NO parties. There will be a $1000 fine and the reservation will be immediately cancelled without refund
▶Unregistered visitors are NOT allowed. Bringing additional guests without prior approval will result in a $1000 fine, whether they stay or not
▶NO commercial photo/video shoots without prior approval. Unnotified commercial shoots will be fined $1000/day
▶NO pets without prior approval, or a $500 fine will apply. With approval, a pet fee of $50 per pet applies every 3 nights with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. All pets must be house trained –the pet fee will NOT cover the additional costs if your pet soils/damages any aspect of the unit
▶NO smoking of any kind indoors. Smoking indoors will result in a $2000 fine (please smoke at the designated area OUTSIDE)
▶Keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours (11pm-7am)
▶Mail/parcels can NOT be sent to this address

Check-In/Check-Out:
▶Subject to availability, an early check-in can be offered upon request for an additional fee of $100 per hour
▶Late check-out is an additional fee of $100 per hour. If you check-out later than 2 hours you will be charged the next day full rental fee but without the permission to stay at the property

Other Fees:
▶Other extra cleaning fees such as couch cleaning, carpet cleaning, ozone treatment, unapproved pet's fur and stains may be applied specifically
▶You MUST pick up after your pets in the yard. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee
▶Hand/bath towels missing will be charged $30 each
▶Missing key will result in an extra charge of $100 per key

Parking:
▶You will have exclusivity to the left side of the driveway for parking. The right side of the driveway is shared and not available
▶There will be no access to the garage
▶Street parking is available. Guests are responsible for registering their car for street parking on the City of Mississauga’s website

Backyard:
▶If using the barbeque, the gas line must be turned off at all times when barbeque is not in use
▶A landscaper comes on a bi-weekly basis to maintain the backyard. No indoor access is required

Garbage Disposal:
▶Garbage and Recycle bins are located at the left side of the house in the alley. Please dispose of your garbage accordingly.

Other Notes:
▶There is a basement apartment separated from the main house that is being rented out. All of the listed amenities are private and for your use only
▶There is no garage access, and the driveway is shared with the basement tenants, the left side of the driveway is reserved for you
▶There is a doorbell camera outside to ensure safety of all guests and the property. The camera, receiver and the Wi-Fi router must not be unplugged at any time
