The owner maintains an apartment above the attached garage that he occupies with his wife, with separate entrance and no window views to the lawn or adjacent house. Located nearly 800 feet from the nearest road, the sound of birds is all you will hear. The home has 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with queen beds and the other with twin beds, with additional sleeping options in the office and recreation room. A large, southern facing living room and dining room with a sliding glass door provides lots of sunshine and easy access to the front deck.
