Welcome to the Fairview House - a spacious 5-bedroom, 3-level retreat in Caldwell, Idaho that comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults with additional space for up to 4 children. Overlooking the Fairview Golf Course and just a short walk to Indian Creek Plaza where you will enjoy the best restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Our home is the perfect place for families, couples, business travelers, or group getaways.

Relax in the hot tub after a day of wine tasting along the Sunnyslope Wine Trail, cozy up by the fireplace to read a book, or enjoy a bike ride through downtown Caldwell. I can not emphasize enough what a delight it was to stay at the Yellow Door House! The hosts have gone way above and beyond in making this home welcoming. So many details they have attended to… Anna is amazing in quick responses and communication. We were in Caldwell due to NNU volleyball… but this home makes it tempting to return just to enjoy! I booked this sweet gem for a few nights while our floors were being redone. I was so excited because many years ago, my husband and I almost bought it. It needed some love at that time and I can honestly say, I'm not sure I would have ever had the vision to make it as beautiful and comfortable as it is now. I truly enjoyed my staycation in this home and highly recommend it.

We had 3 kids 5 and under and there was plenty for them to do along with finding golf balls. Plenty of beds for everyone. Super clean beautiful house great beds in ever room and the a/c worked great in the 105 degree heat.

One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in. It had all the amenities and lots of thoughtful touches in case you forgot something. Bedding was very high quality and comfortable. We ended up only having 6 people but could have had more with all the rooms. Comfortable areas inside and out to hang out during the day and was convenient place COI and even to walk to parks or into Indian Creek area. We will try to stay again.

My family and I had an incredible time in this spacious and cozy family retreat. We enjoyed the hot tub and the upscale living environment, access to restaurants and entertainment. I highly recommend this home.

Wow, this house was one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in! It’s beautiful, clean, every detail thought through! Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available to us! Communication was quick & efficient and our stay was so easy & smooth! We were in the area for a wedding and 8 of us, all had spaces to get ready with everything we needed! As many other reviewers have said, the home is more beautiful than the photos suggest and I agree. Every detail is well thought out and provides a cozy place to unwind and relax. The amenities are endless - from a well appointed kitchen to yard games, to coffee and yoga mats. Hands down the best home we have stayed in!

I knew this property would be special, but I didn't realize just how special it was going to be! Every detail is so thoughtful and top quality. The beds are super comfortable, the towels fluffy, kitchen so well stocked. This is a historic three level home with only one bedroom on the main floor, not a problem at all for us, but wanted to note. The host provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even pods for the washing machine. It's the little details that matter. The host communicated timely with me, was very responsive and kind. We were there for a family wedding so we did not get to use the hot tub or backyard, but what a nice entertaining yard it is!

I am an Idaho native but have spent time living in Alaska and British Columbia as well. I have fallen in love with traveling around the world with my husband, Tony, and our "travel buddy" friends. I also own a local restaurant, The Orchard House, in the Sunnylsope wine country of Idaho. We have always been tempted to buy a 2nd home for a short term rental because they are our favorite places to stay when we travel. This opportunity popped up and we immediately jumped into this new adventure. We look forward to hosting you at the Fairview home!

Steps from the Golf Course, a few blocks from Indian Creek Plaza, a few more blocks to College of Idaho, the Canyon County Fair Grounds and the Caldwell Night Rodeo which is acclaimed as one of the nation's Top 20 Professional Rodeos. Located a few miles from the Sunnyslope Wine Trail where there are over 20 vineyards and wineries.

Thanksgiving through Christmas is Winter Wonderland in downtown Caldwell when over one million Christmas lights cover trees, buildings, and bridges all over town, painting the city in a mesmerizing glow. Children, families and couples can skate on the ice ribbon in the center of the plaza and warm up by the fire pits. It's truly reminiscent of a Hallmark movie.
