LITTLE BLUE is a luxurious, comfortable and modern bayfront villa located in the affluent L’Anse aux Epines area on the spectacular South East coast of Grenada. This beautiful villa sits in a sheltered cove and is surrounded by a small tropical garden. A large terrace and dining area overlooks a calm, palm-filled bay with views out to sea. A turquoise infinity pool and separate lounging pool sit alongside a breezy and sun filled gazebo.

The luxury villa is a 20 minute drive from Grenada airport and 10 minutes from the shops and amenities of Grand Anse beach. There are several excellent restaurants within a few minutes’ drive, as well as a number of other stunning beaches within close proximity.

Designed on one level (with steps down to the terrace) and sleeping 8 in 4 bedrooms, all en suite, the villa is spacious and practical and is stylishly furnished for relaxation and comfort on your holiday. The kitchen is fully fitted with gas oven, microwave and a wide range of crockery and cooking implements.

Please note that only the first section of the dock which houses a Gazebo is currently accessible.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Little Blue Villa. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen wieder. Die Bilder sind absolut authentisch und es ist alles sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Kim hat perfekt funktioniert und es klappte alles einwandfrei. Da unser Flug erst am Abend war, durften wir am letzten Tag in ein anliegendes Haus ziehen, damit wir die letzten Stunden noch geniessen konnten. Das ist ein absolut super Service! Liebe Kim, herzlichen Dank für alles!

Breathtaking oaisis

We loved our stay at little blue. The photos did not do it justice. We didn't have trouble getting transportation and used hayle up app. Kim was very accessible with any questions we had on the property. I'm not sure we can stay anywhere else we were so spoiled by the view and the amenities. We hope next time to take advantage of our private dock.

The perfect getaway

Little Blue is located 15 minutes from the Airport. We were provided with complimentary transport from the airport to the house. It was the perfect way to start off our trip! We were happy with our service from Lachley and would recommend the taxi and tour company to others as well. Kim met us at the house and gave us a tour. It was beautiful, the view from the front door to the Ocean was awesome. We were impressed with everything there; The cleanliness of the house, pool, rooms and bathrooms. Ms. Monica, the housekeeper, came everyday and provided us with fresh towels and service. Her genuine warmth and professionalism, ensured a worry free and an enjoyable stay. Her readiness to assist made us feel very warm and welcomed. The swimming pool, the gym area, beach and the proximity to local restaurants are just a few of the offerings. Ms Kim, the house manager, was very kind, responsive and accommodating to all of our needs. In conclusion, our stay was a blend of relaxation, fun , and comfort. As a family, we crafted lifelong memories and would recommend a stay at Little Blue anytime. We look forward to visiting and staying again.

Family Celebration

The perfect accommodation for our family. We are a family of 6 (all adults) and this was our first time together in Grenada. It was also a time to celebrate and surprise my wife on her birthday. The Villa checked all the boxes for us and we plan on coming back in the near future. The quiet location is still close to restaurants and beaches so we could hang out ”at home” but also do some activities on the island. Kim is an amazing host and responded to our needs without being intrusive. Ms. Monica and Francis are very pleasant, respectful, and accommodating. We felt at home which is very important for us and the villa looks even better than the pictures when you get to the property. Thanks for the experience and memories.

Beautiful house, perfect location!

Little Blue is located close enough to every amenity, but far enough away to make sure you get to experience Grenada peacefully! The house has more than everything you need, and the location is idyllic. You could easily spend your whole vacation just relaxing by the pool and gazing at the ocean views! Kim, the Property Manager is very responsive and professional and the whole booking/arrival experience was fantastic! We can't wait to go back!!

Everything was perfect…. Again!!

This was our second time staying at this home. It again did not disappoint. The property was very clean, the checkin process east, and communication with the property manager was great. The location is great with many restaurants within about 10-15 minutes. We will stay here next time we visit Grenada!!

Amazing water front property

This property was amazing, location was quite and private, yet close to everything you need. Kim the manager was a delight, her communication was on point. The home was spotless, housekeeping was available Monday to Friday ( Not weekend). My only gripe was, on our last day of our stay, the housekeeper Monica ( who is very lovely) arrived and started cleaning at 9am , my friends and I were trying to enjoy the last few hours privately enjoying a cup of coffee, and holding on to the last few hours of that beautiful view. In my opinion, she should arrive at least at checkout, or after the guests has departure the property. Other then that, everything was perfect, highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay!

Little Blue is a great house for a group. We had 3 couples staying and there was plenty of room indoors and outdoors for all. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed for cooking your own meals; the open common area is very comfortable with plenty of seating/lounging. We loved the pool and surrounding outdoor area with wonderful views! Kim is a very attentive manager and Monica and Francis kept the home and gardens looking spiffy. We loved our stay at Little Blue! Thank you Kim!

Great House and Backyard!!

This is a great house and property. It is close enough to places and still one has a ton of privacy. We were three couples coming off a long sailing trip and there was plenty of room to spread out and plenty of places to socialize together. We spent hours in the pool enjoying the view of the bay from the negative edge. We will stay here again for sure!

Exceptional Property!

Our family of adults just spent a phenomenal week at Little Blue. The centralized and open,  living and dining area with the offset bedrooms was ideal for reconnecting without stepping on each other toes. The house is sunny, contemporary and meticulously  kept; located in a safe, residential area. Waking up to the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the jetty  made us so happy that we chose to have our own private oasis rather than staying at a hotel on the beach. Little Blue was truly our home away from home; after a long day at the beach or touring there was nothing better to come home to the solitude and beauty of Little Blue.  Though there were a variety of nearby restaurants to choose from, our family spent most evenings having nice grilled dinners on the spacious patio. Grand Anse & the BBC beach were only about a 10 minute drive but our family also enjoyed the brief 13 minute walk to the near by Lance Aux Epines beach. Many thanks to Kim, the helpful and accessible property manager and Monica, a soft spoken gem of a housekeeper. We can't wait to come back to Little Blue!

Little Blue is amazing!!

Little Blue will not disappoint! The home provideds everything you need. Kim and her staff are readily available to help out in any way. We had plans to eat out but after arriving we decided to cook out on the grill and enjoy outdoor dining most evenings. It’s the perfect place to have a glass of wine and watch the beautiful sunset. This is our 8th trip to Grenada and this is the best place to stay! We will definitely come back to Little Blue.

One of Grenada's Finest

Little Blue is the perfect island getaway home--truly like having your own private luxury resort. We are so happy we didn't stay in one of the resorts and stayed here instead. Plenty of space, privacy, and activities in a very well-appointed, comfortable home with all the amenities you desire. It's located in a quiet neighborhood only a few minutes from beautiful beaches, shopping, restaurants, and St. George's. It's more spacious and posh than the pictures make it look. The open concept living area is massive and offers multiple spaces for different groups/activities. The veranda/pool area is a highlight and is much nicer than the resorts we saw on island--and it's all for your own use! It was perfect for 2 families of 4 (could be perfect for a family plus extended family/in-laws). Kim was super responsive and accommodating of our questions and requests. Monica (housekeeper) is wonderful and Francis (gardener) is fun--both do an amazing job with the property. For anyone going to Grenada who wants to rest and relax but still have access to all the island has to offer, Little Blue is the perfect property.

Magical, we din't want to leave

This house does exactly what it is supposed to do, make you relax and wind down! It has a wonderful cooling pool to splash about in as well as a smaller one where I sat and read my book whilst keeping cool, a gazebo to escape the sun or to sit and have a beer or two at sundown and a BBQ and outside table to sit around. The house had lovely scrunchy sofas to lie back into whilst you read your book, a library of books and DVDs and a TV so you can catch up on the news. If you feel energetic you can snorkle or use the kayaks. It is beautifully appointed, in a glorious setting. Watching the booby birds dive into the water to fish in the morning was so special. As to more prosaic matters, the showers were amazing and the beds so comfortable and with crisp linen and the house has everything you need. Monica looked after the house very well and I enjoyed talking to Frances about the garden, what a lovely man. The house is so beautifully decorated and fits a family well with space to go and sit somewhere quietly or come together round a table. Nothing was too much trouble for Kim and her team, she runs the operation impeccably. We were a family of 4 although our children are 19/23 it was the perfect retreat and just what we all needed after a year of 'events'. We hired a car so we did venture out to some the beaches around the island and I even dragged myself out for a couple of very slow runs. We all have very happy memories to bank from this holiday. I would love to return to this beautiful island, it is corny but true, the Grenadians are extremely welcoming. You do need mozzie spray; for some reason the mozzies decided to hone into Little Blue, we didn't see a single one anywhere else in Grenada! Monica came to our rescue and sprayed the rooms with some special 'stuff' when we were out one day and we bought local repellent so we were fine after that. Mosquitoes and sand flies are a problem. I would trim the foliage extensively and spray once a week in season. Monica and Francis are gems.

Beautiful views and great outdoor living space

Little Blue is set in a beautiful cove with gorgeous views out to the ocean. The pool and outdoor living space are perfect for reading, relaxing, and enjoying local fresh fish. The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you probably have at home. The bedrooms are comfortable and cool at night with the air conditioner. Grenada is a beautiful island and there are lots of adventures awaiting you. Keep in mind the sun is very intense so bring a lot of sunscreen. The mosquitoes are also terrible so if you are prone to being eaten by mosquitoes be sure you have repellent and anti-itch cream! We loved our week here at Little Blue. Kim was an amazing host and took care of all our questions or needs. If we ever have the chance to visit Grenada again, we will come back to Little Blue!
