-Secondary Bedroom – Features a custom European King-size Murphy bed with a quality mattress. The hydraulic system makes it effortless and safe: just pull gently and it lowers itself slowly — no heavy lifting. Guests can keep it open like a normal bed or fold it away and use the attached sofa during the day, instantly creating space for exercise, play, or work. A desk with external monitor is also here, perfect for video calls or remote work.

Living Room & Balcony
The bright living room opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs — perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
