You'll love the convenience and comfort of this 1 bed/1 bath apartment in the trendy Fan District. It's not on the main drag but rather tucked away on a side street offering the peace of a residential area.

As you step into the apartment, the first thing you'll notice is the high ceilings, large windows, and original hardwood floors (circa 1900).
[LIVING ROOM]
The living room is airy and inviting. This room features a door to the front porch and balcony.
[BEDROOM]
The bedroom can fit a full or queen size bed. There is a door to a private balcony and a window (with a shade) that lets in plenty of natural light. This room also features a washer and dryer.
[KITCHEN]
The kitchen is beautifully renovated with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave.
[BATHROOM]
The bathroom is clean and well maintained with a shower with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water.
