This apartment is fully furnished (everything is brand new), including kitchenware and utensils. We provide clean sheets and towels.

Welcome to our brand-new apartment on Grimaldo del Solar Street in Miraflores!

The unit is located on a very central street in Miraflores. It is on the 3rd floor, with an elevator and 24/7 security.

Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious open area with a modern open-concept kitchen, a breakfast bar with 2 stools, a living room, and a dining table for 4. There is also a laundry area with a sink and drying rack (please note: no washing machine).

The apartment has 2 bedrooms:

The master bedroom has a Queen bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite full bathroom.



The second bedroom has a double sofa bed and a wall-to-wall closet.



In the hallway, there is a desk for a work area, and an additional full bathroom.

This 70.50m² apartment is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. It also includes one indoor parking spot suitable for a standard-sized car. Large SUVs will not fit.

COMMON AREAS:

The building has common areas, but only the gym is available for guests. Use of the gym must be reserved in advance with the assigned host.



IMPORTANT: The bar-lounge and BBQ area are NOT available for guests—only for owners.



NOTES:

The apartment does not have a washing machine or dryer.



The apartment does not provide streaming platforms such as Netflix. Guests must log into their own accounts.



Storing luggage before check-in or after check-out is not allowed. There is no storage space or staff responsible for luggage.



As a courtesy, we leave 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom. We do not provide personal hygiene products.



LONG-STAY BOOKINGS & SECURITY DEPOSIT:

This apartment is available for stays longer than 30 nights.

For reservations of 30 nights or more, a security deposit of USD 100 per month (or proportional to the number of nights) will be required to cover any incidents that may occur during the stay.

This deposit will be charged via Airbnb, and if no issues are found at check-out, 100% of the deposit will be refunded within 4 days through Airbnb.

If any of the following issues occur, corresponding costs will be deducted from the deposit, after sending the guest photos and documentation:

Stained, burned, or damaged linens



Broken, burned, or irreparably damaged items



Excessive dirt requiring professional cleaning



Lost keys or garage remote (if applicable)



Other similar damages



Any remaining balance will be refunded through Airbnb.

The building has 24/7 security at the reception.

Common Areas: Gym (with reservation).

LOCATION:

The apartment is in Miraflores, 7 minutes by taxi from Larcomar (10 blocks) and 600 meters from Kennedy Park (4 blocks).

Walking distance to movie theaters, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, bars, pharmacies, Peruvian handicraft shops, and more.

Taxis in the city are very affordable—we recommend Uber or Cabify.

Miraflores is one of the most desirable areas for travelers seeking a quiet neighborhood close to Lima’s vibrant scene.

Public transportation, taxis, bike rentals, and scooters are all easily available.

We suggest using taxis—Cabify or Uber work very well and are inexpensive.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

Check-in: from 3:00 PM



Check-out: by 11:00 AM



Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability.

The fee is USD 20.

Early check-in is only possible starting at 9:00 AM. If you need check-in earlier than 9:00 AM, you must book the previous night.



Late check-out is allowed until 9:00 PM. If you need to stay later, you must book the full night.



BUILDING RULES:

No smoking inside the apartment or the building.



No parties.



No pets or service animals allowed.



No disturbing noise that may affect neighbors.



Do not hang clothes or items from the windows (this may result in a fine, which the guest must pay).



If a guest violates building rules and a fine is issued, the guest must cover the amount.



Guests will receive one warning for rule violations. If they continue to violate rules, iStayPerú reserves the right to ask the guest to leave the apartment, without refund for remaining nights.



KEY ISSUES:

If the guest leaves the keys inside the apartment: USD 20 (to cover the host’s transportation).



If the guest leaves the keys inside the apartment and inserted in the door lock, the cost is approximately USD 110 to hire a locksmith to dismantle the lock.



IMPORTANT:

If guests stain or damage sheets, duvet, pillowcases, pillows, or towels beyond repair (e.g., blood stains), the guest will be charged for replacements.

Likewise, any broken, damaged, or burned furniture or appliances will be charged at replacement cost.

ONCE THE RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED, GUESTS AGREE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES.

Failure to comply will result in charges for any damage caused.
