Guest need to take lift to 5th floor before taking the direct lift to the unit.
Access key is needed for the entrance.
Within 24hrs, guest may access anytime into the property with 24hrs strong security.
You will be provided a set of key with a Access Card.

1) Shoes have to be removed and held on the shoe rack upon entering the apartment.

2) Strictly No Smoking inside the unit.
(RM300 FINE FOR SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT)

3) Please wash all the dishes and Cutleries after used.

4) Allowed Light Cooking only.

5) Strictly No Drugs, Pets and Strong Odor substances in the unit.

6) Additional RM200 cleaning fees will be imposed if the degree of impurities is far worst beyond standard cleaning and requires additional cleaning time or procedures.

7) Kindly keep the volume down after 10:00pm.

8) Please switch off all the lights, air-conditioners, water heater, and all other electrical appliances when not in used or before leaving the Apartment for safety concern.

9) Kindly maintain the apartment nicely and in clean condition.

10) Please Do not Damage the house properties.

11) Standard Check In time 3:00pm and Check Out time 12:00pm (noon).
Additional charges may apply for checking out late.

12) Early Check In or delay in Check Out can be arranged subject to availability.

13) Security Deposit : RM300
You will only be charged if there are damages, losses or massive hygiene issue which requires extra cleaning effort.
