Construction Updates
From Sept. 6, 2025 through Feb. 28, 2026, Marriott’s Royal Palms will be undergoing villa refurbishment and enhancement project. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

The adjacent resort, Marriott’s Imperial Palms, is undergoing renovation. Please anticipate construction noise during normal business hours. Work is expected to continue through Feb. 28, 2026.
