A keeper in the truest sense!

this was a really positive experience with the hosts and how the property was portrayed. This group has been staying at the resort for almost 30 years. It's nice to know some places value visitors as much as this one. We plan on returning again. Thanks for making this available.

Ideal condo for 2 couples and toddler

This was set up just right for our group. We were close to the cross country ski trails. The condo is comfortable and has all the necessary supplies for cooking and relaxing. Right at the base of Sugarloaf Mountain. We ate at the Rack bar one night and cooked in the other days. Would highly recommend this as the owners/management were super easy to work with.

Sugarloaf Family Ski Time...

We had a chance to stay at Katie's property on the Sugarloaf Mountain Resort...it was a family ski trip with 3 adult children and a couple of their friends. The Snowbrook condo was absolutely perfect for our needs...it was clean & cozy, was on the Sugarloaf shuttle line, had a well-stocked kitchen for cooking and an excellent washer/dryer. Access to the Snowbrook Pool/Hot-tubs was a nice touch as it was close and not that crowded! Katie was an exceptional host & always responded to inquires on a timely basis...will definitely book back if the opportunity arises!

Lovely Skiing Retreat

This was a great week on Sugarloaf. This condo is perfectly appointed with in the kitchen and with fresh, plush towels. We enjoyed playing many of the board games that were on hand and slept really well in the very comfortable beds. Everything was immaculate and it had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinners for our family of five. High speed internet, televisions in each room and cable made it feel plush!

Ideal location and setup

We had everything we needed for a great stay. The shuttle picks up right across the street and drops you at the base or take the Snubber lift up. The pool and 3 hot tubs are only for Snowbrook condo guests. If you're looking for a 2 bedroom 2 bath place - this condo setup is perfect.

Great spot!

Nice ground floor condo, just below sugarloaf mountain. Shuttle to the mountain picks up and drops off just outside of the condo or the snubber chair lift is only a short walk away. Was just the right size for our group of four adults and an infant.

We loved this condo at Sugarloaf!

This home was perfect for our ski weekend at Sugarloaf December 2017. We were a family of 4 - my husband and I and our two kids. They loved having their own room with bunk beds and the lower bed being a double, I was able to sleep there with my son one night when he was afraid of being alone in a new house! The condo is well located, shuttle bus is right outside and we took it one day when the snow was too much for our van to make it all the way up to the ski lodge. Access to the house was pretty easy with our mini van even with the amount it snowed (with snow tires). I know some of the other homes on the mountain you would need a 4-wheel drive to get to! The home was very well stocked with all the basics. Appliances all worked great including the washer/dryer. There was nothing we needed that was not there! The owners were also very accessible when i had questions. It snowed a lot when we were there and the plow service was pretty prompt. Thank you - We will definitely be renting this home again at Sugarloaf!

About the Johnsons.
We are a ski family and love being outdoors with our kids. The time we spend here on the weekends is true quality family time where we leave behind the worries of work and projects at home. We purchased this property for the convenient access to Sugarloaf Ski Resort and because it is one of the only associations on the mountain with its own pool, hot tubs and tennis courts. We have fallen in love with Carrabassett Valley since owning the property. We have had some amazing adventures skiing Bracket Basin, hiking Burnt Mountain glades and skiing the backside snowfields. We also discovered the amazing network of nordic, cross country and mountain biking trails that right behind the condo. Just a short drive are the Maine Huts and Trails network.
