Just minutes away, you’ll find Bedford Reservation, Tinker’s Creek Gorge, and Bridal Veil Falls, where scenic trails, waterfalls, and overlooks make for stunning hikes and bike rides. History lovers can explore Bedford’s historic downtown or visit the well-known Bedford Automile. For a bigger adventure, head to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, home to over 100 waterfalls, the Towpath Trail, and breathtaking natural scenery. Families will also love nearby Fun ’n’ Stuff amusement center with go-karts, mini-golf, arcade games, and more.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉



This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights).



Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.



🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM



💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests



🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100



❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

We leave a short list of optional checkout steps — not mandatory, but very appreciated to help us prep for the next guest. Thank you! 😊



📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $300 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.





NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.

I do not recommend staying here. The house was dirty, every screen with many holes, many kitchen outlets not working, dirty towels still hanging in the bathrooms, electric fireplace didn’t work. Also it is listed as 2 bathroom and it is actually 1 bathroom and a1/2 bathroom. We chose not to stay and checked into a hotel.

It’s a very nice house in terms of style and space and appointments. Great stocking of the kitchen and nice welcoming gifts. However, several features could be improved. Most importantly, the owner needs a better manager; the existing one, while pleasant on the phone or email, has a business model that is based on not bringing a maintenance person in, when there is a mechanical problem, until they have tried to use the guest to solve the problem by repeated email exchanges. Several problems could and should have been detected and solved before the guest arrived. (For example, the first evening we arrived, in a blizzard, the keypad lock did not work because the batteries were dead, and we had to go to a hotel instead.) Also, the driveway is in very bad condition. It is quite difficult to get your car past the cub without scraping the bumper, unless you are driving a truck or an SUV. No one is assigned to keep the driveway clear of snow in the winter. Someone is assigned to move the trash bins to the street on garbage pick-up day, but this service was inconsistent and they did not take the recycling bin to the curb for some reason. Also, several windows on ground level do not have any kind of curtains, which is is an obvious security hazard.
