We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the neighbors during your arrival. While we do have exterior security cameras in place for our guests’ safety and peace of mind, we unfortunately don’t have control over others in the neighborhood. That said, the area is typically very quiet and safe, and this is not something we commonly hear from guests. In regard to the cleaning fee, this is a standard, flat rate that ensures the home is thoroughly cleaned and prepared to the same high standard for every guest, regardless of length of stay. With a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, it does take a significant amount of time and care to properly clean and reset the space. We also aim to keep our nightly rate competitive and below market value to provide the best overall value. We do appreciate your honest feedback and thank you again for choosing to stay with us.
