Perfect location and accommodations! Easy walk to restaurants, beach and shopping. Cathy was very helpful w recommendations for restaurants etc. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time at the beach while we were staying at Cathy’s place. Her place is at the best location on 30A. Very newly renovated, nicely decorated, super clean and her bed/pillows were very comfortable! I slept like a baby every night. It’s walking distance to all the Rosemary shops and restaurants, and it’s literally just next to Alys beach. The private beach is breathtaking!

We had a truly wonderful time and can’t say enough good things about our stay, and our host, Cathy-who’s thought of everything and more. It’s beautifully appointed, and the king bed is incredibly comfortable—exactly as described, if not better. It felt welcoming the moment we walked in.Cathy was an absolute delight—responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without it. It was so thoughtfully put together and made our stay effortless, from great local spots to helpful tips we wouldn’t have found on our own.It’s in a great area-walking distance to everything. We will not hesitate to stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone-especially those who haven’t been to the Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seacrest area. You will love it!

Perfect Rosemary Beach Getaway

This was another wonderful stay at Cathy’s place! We’ve stayed here multiple times, and it continues to exceed our expectations. Cathy is an exceptional host who truly thinks of every detail and provides so many thoughtful extras that make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect—just a short walk to both Rosemary & Alys Beach’s amazing restaurants, shops, and all the charm the area has to offer. We love being able to park the car and enjoy everything on foot. The home is always spotless, welcoming, and well-appointed. It’s become one of our favorite places to stay, and we always look forward to returning. Thank you, Cathy, for another fantastic visit. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

Featuring a sleek white countertop, extended dining area, and remote workspace, this suite is perfect for both work and play. Relax in style with a new and comfortable king-size and updates throughout the studio create a clean and inviting atmosphere. The black out curtains we provide will give you the privacy and great night's rest you deserve.

The studio condo is ideal for 2 but can accommodate up to 3 guests (with a sofa bed), this hidden gem is the perfect blend of convenience and privacy. Located in the heart of the action, yet slightly tucked away for a peaceful retreat.
