This is one side of a new-build duplex, brought to you by Simply Welcome Stays. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is located in a residential neighborhood. The duplex is a side-by-side layout so there is no one above or below you. Enjoy a comfortable stay only 10 minutes from downtown Greenville. With a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living space, and comfortable beds, the property is perfect for work or relaxation and is thoughtfully designed for comfort in mind. After a day of exploring, relax on the back deck and listen to the sounds of the night.
Features: --Dedicated parking for 2 cars in the shared driveway. Additional free parking is available on the street. --Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with supplies, cookware, dishes, and a dining table for six. --Open main living area with comfortable seating, large Smart TV (no cable), half bath, and a queen sleeper sofa. A desk and chair are provided for workspace. --Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV, and walk-in closet; the second bedroom has a Queen bed. Dressers, towels, and toiletries are provided. --Full-size washer and dryer upstairs, plus iron and ironing board. --High-speed WiFi throughout the home. --Private outdoor deck, separated from the adjacent unit by a privacy fence.
---- A few things to note:
- If you have a larger group, the full duplex may be available to rent (check out the "Entire Duplex" listing on my profile). Although each side is very well-insulated, please note that there is potential for noise from other guests on the other side.
- Our neighborhood is transitional with a mix of old home, new homes, and even a church! The neighborhood hosts an eclectic blend of locals and tourists. While guests have never reported safety concerns during their stay, please note that this is a residential neighborhood, so you may occasionally hear everyday sounds like barking dogs, crowing roosters, or neighbors spending time outdoors. We even have a friendly neighborhood dog who likes to make the rounds and say hello :) Many popular restaurants and attractions are just minutes away. If you have any specific questions or concerns, I encourage you to check out previous guest reviews or reach out before booking!
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside or around the property.
- There are a couple of train lines about 1-mile away that run through Taylors. The house is very well-insulated, but during your stay you may hear train noises in the distance. Many of our guests have said they've never heard it, and some others say they were bothered by it. For our light sleepers, we've provided a white noise machine in each bedroom for your comfort. The vast majority of our guests do not complain.
- If you are bringing infants/babies, note that the home is NOT baby-proofed.
- This is a residential neighborhood so large events and loud parties are NOT allowed.
- Maximum of 6 guests per reservation.
------ Booking Requirements: We're excited to welcome guests from all backgrounds and want to make sure every stay is enjoyable, safe, and comfortable for both you and our neighbors. To help us maintain a great experience, we ask that: --The primary renter is 25+ with a verified government ID. --Guests have positive prior reviews, or if not, a fully refundable $500 damage deposit hold will be required. This is an authorization hold only (not a charge) and is released at checkout once our team confirms the home is in good condition. --A separate rental agreement is required after booking and can be reviewed in advance upon request.
------ Check Out Instructions: - Turn off the lights - Lock the door - Wash any dirty dishes and return them to their normal place. Or simply turn on the dishwasher before you leave, and our cleaning team will handle the rest!
