Summary:
Deluxe Lakefront condo with panoramic views, southern exposure, and the beach is just feet away!

Amenities include high speed internet, two ovens, washer/ dryer, satellite HDTV throughout unit. Sleeps up to 6.

Special features include all new Kitchen aid appliances, a river rock fireplace, and jetted bathtub in the master bathroom .

Guest Access:
Enjoy the breathtaking views around the property, the pier, our pool and tennis courts.

The Neighborhood:
Walk to shops, restaurants, golf, marinas, hiking, biking, and easy access to public transportation to world class ski resorts and other attractions around the lake...Perfect for making the most of your Tahoe time!

Getting Around:
Aside from free parking on premises, you are located in the heart of Tahoe City. TART, our local transit service, serves North Lake/Truckee area and pick up/drop off is right in front of our office. Street Parking available May-November.

Other Things to Note:
An additional amenity that we are excited to offer for summer is access to a buoy on Lake Tahoe. We have one buoy that is available for $500, to reserve for up to 7 days. Boat registration and insurance must be under the same name as the renter making the reservation for lodging. A check will be required for payment. Please send a message to inquire on buoy availability.

All guests will be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement upon booking confirmation, and HOA policy requires a credit card on file for all bookings.

Interaction with Guests:
Our rental office on site is open every day from 9 AM-5PM; Closed for lunch from 12-1 PM. A host will be at the office to check you in. If you arrive after 5 PM, You will be sent a code to access the lockbox in front of rental office. Inside will be an envelope with keys and other unit/property details. Please lock the box when done.

Great week stay!

This place was great - has everything you need, including comfortable beds. Very clean and well maintained. We stayed for a week and would definitely consider returning. Great location, not too far from Palisades, and walking distance to Safeway and many restaurants.

Perfect lodging for a couple's ski trip

This listing was perfect for a Tahoe ski trip for two couples. 2 bedrooms, great lake views, and a very nice kitchen, dining, and living room. The Tahoe City location was perfect, about 20 minutes from the Palisades/Alpine Meadows resorts. Tahoe City restaurant/bars were great as well. Would recommend and stay again in a heartbeat!

Quality stay, excellent location

We frequent Lake Tahoe and for our first time, choose a new location inside Tahoe City for a new vantage point. We wanted to have a view of the Lake and this unit didn’t disappoint. It was a quality condo unit that was clean, decorated nicely and came with more thoughtful kitchen amenities than we’ve ever had in a house rental. It was an excellent location as well. We will book again.

Perfect Spot for relaxation and views

Loved this spot! it was close to everything scenic on the north shore. Quick drive to incline village, and ~30 min drive to emerald bay. The accommodations were super cozy, with great morning sunrises. The heated massaging recliners were a total plus! I will definitly stay again! Only draw back was that we checked in after dark and had trouble finding the unit in the dark, but the on site property manager was excellent and quickly responded to assist with accessing the unit. She went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed! Loved staying here :)

Amazing lake front condo in the heart of Tahoe City!

Do not pass on this condo. Amazing location in the middle of Tahoe City right at Common’s Beach, walkable to restaurants, bars, live music, boat rentals, beach, water sports, rafting on the river, ice cream, shops, and amazing walking and bike trails, plus comes with excellent parking. The most incredible lakefront views with two patios, patio furniture, and private beach access. Condo is also fully stocked with any amenity could think of, an amazing bbq, huge TV (not that you’d watch it with this kinda view), beach chairs, and two massager recliners in the living room that look out at the lake. Beds are comfy, linens are nice, decor is charming, and host was responsive and friendly. We loved our week here. You’ll love it too.

Great property, would definitely stay again!

I came with friends for a weekend ski trip, and we would all return in a heartbeat! The facilities were clean, check-in process was easy, and the host was extremely responsive to all our questions. Even better, the house came fully stocked with firewood to build fires, and a kitchen with all the necessary appliances to cook a group meal (e.x. pots, pans, seasoning, serving dishes). The house is also situated in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful lake-front views. We look forward to coming back in the summer when the tennis courts are open, so we can use those as well!

Great property in amazing location

This property is fantastic. The location is simply amazing - on commons beach and steps away from the middle of town. The apartment was clean, well prepared and had everything we needed. We will definitely be making a return trip.

Perfect spot!!!

We stayed for 6 days and had a blast!!! I usually stay in south Tahoe but we decided to have a new adventure in Tahoe City this time. It did not disappoint! The property was beautiful and perfect for our family. Walked to truckee river rafting, restaurants, shops, concert on the beach, movies, and just steps to the water. My 26 year old daughter said this was her favorite vacation ever. ❤️

Great stay

This property was very well located, right on the lake. Well appointed with an outdoor grill, lawn chairs, and a well-equipped kitchen. Convenient to everything. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great condo, perfect location!!

Our stay (3 nights) in the condo was spectacular!! It was a “ snow palooza” but we were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops in Tahoe City. The condo is very comfortable, and there was wood available for the fireplace!! All the kitchen utensils you could possibly need, and even ,K-cup coffee pods for the machine!! This was our second time in this unit, and we are already planning a third visit!!

Perfect!

We had an amazing time in Tahoe! The location was absolutely perfect! We could walk almost everyone but still had a small private beach and dock which was perfect to enjoy the lake. Ron was very responsive throughout, and condo was very clean. Would highly recommend!

Loved this Condo

We stayed here over President's weekend and absolutely loved it. The location is prime, in downtown Tahoe city, right on the lake and close to a grocery store, gas and plenty of restaurants. The lake was so close to our back door, literally about 20 steps away. The snow was great, however, this spot would be so ideal in the summertime, as well. The condo itself was fully stocked with all of the amenities you could need. The two bedrooms are downstairs with two full baths and a full size sofa pull out sleeper upstairs. Parking wasn't an issue at all, with a nearby parking lot close by. If I could offer one tip: Do not leave anything you do not intend to throw away in the front porch closet. The garbage staff WILL throw it away. Our top luggage carrier was placed in the closet to dry and was thrown away. The front desk staff was very helpful in getting it returned to us, however. Having staff on site is a huge plus. The owner of the condo also had very good communication throughout our stay and checked on us. Great service. I would recommend this condo for any season!
