My property is located in Green Bay Tower. It is a modern sea view, street view, mountain view and pool view apartment, which is also located in between Tuan Chau Island/Harbour and Bai Chay area. It is really convenient for guest to visit both the most popular attractions in Ha Long city.

We offer you:
- 2 beautiful bedrooms with Queen beds size and sea view
- 1 bedroom with Double bed and has pool view and street view
- 1 air mattress in common room double size.
- 1 living room: flat screen TV, sofa and wooden table
- Dining table for 6 people
- 2 bathroom and toilets - 01 commoned and 01 private.
- 1 kitchen with full cooking utensils.
- 1 balcony with sea view, pool view, street view & mountain view.

The apartment is separated into 2 areas:
- Private: Bedroom
- Common: kitchen, living room, bathroom, dining table & balcony will be shared with other guests.

Guest can access all the common areas in our apartment and common facilities of the building which are:
- Apartment: kitchen, living room, bathroom, dining table & balcony
- Building: Free WiFi, Parking, swimming pool, Gym, garden & children play area.

During your stay, you will be given the apartment's key, so please lock the door when you leave or sleep in the apartment for security aspect.
Please keep your key carefully, unless you will be charged 5$ per lost key.

During your stay, I will give you also the bathroom set as well as tower per person.

Tap water is not available for drink in Vietnam, I buy the 10 litters bottle that you can use during the time staying here. If you need hot water, we also have a kettle that you can use to boil the water.

Hotpot is also available if you want to have a dining hotpot party with your friends.

There are several supermarkets and restaurant around the building, makes it more convenient for you to buy foodstuffs and needed products.
