Guest access
The main entrance features a smart lock, and a personal code will be provided 24 hours prior to check-in to access the villa.
Other things to note
Electricity costs are not included in the booking fee. Upon check in, guests will receive a screenshot showing the current electricity balance, and the final balance will be provided upon check out. The rate is RD$19.90 by khw. The property will include 20 khw in their reservation, guests must leave a deposit of $100 dollars to the representative of Cahosol which will charge them only what they consume during their stay and in case their consumption is lower they will be refunded, but if they consume more they will be charged the difference.

Additional Services Rules:

Check-in: Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm If you need to arrive earlier, please notify us in advance to coordinate as it is subject to availability. If you arrive after the established time, you must also notify us.

Check-out: Check-out hours are from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on the day of your departure. If these hours are not respected, an additional charge of USD$10.00 per hour will be charged.

Parties & Functions:

No parties or events without prior authorization. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of USD$500.00 and the possibility to cancel the reservation without the right to refund. If you want to have a party or event, you must contact the administrator at the time of booking to make a request. Once approved, the admin will contact you. If the party is held in the common areas of the residence, this could generate an additional cost, which will be informed once the type of party or event you wish to perform is known.
