From the moment your reservation was confirmed, our team remained fully available and communicated all necessary check-in details within the appropriate timeframe, as we do with every guest. Regarding the accommodation, the property provided met the booking arrangements and was prepared carefully for your arrival. What is especially disappointing is that despite your concerns, we went above and beyond to make your stay more convenient by providing complimentary parking for two vehicles during your entire two-night stay, something that normally represents significant added value in this area. As for the surrounding neighborhood, we always strive to be transparent about the location and the vibrant atmosphere of the area, which many guests specifically choose because of its proximity to entertainment, dining, and nightlife. Brickell is the most exclusive area of Miami. We have proudly hosted hundreds of guests, and our commitment to hospitality has consistently resulted in overwhelmingly positive experiences and strong reviews.
