The third level balcony offers a private setting with an additional fire pit in a pine forest surrounded setting. There is over 900 sq. ft of outdoor living space between these three balconies!

There is a heated driveway leading into the two car garage for guest use including an EV charger. Also in the garage is a mud room including a ski storage rack and an electric boot dryer.
