Welcome to the Heartland Hideaway, a new build, modern home designed for comfort and convenience. Whether you’re visiting for work or leisure, our space offers the perfect escape with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
The Space:
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. Sink into the comfort of our plush mattresses after a long day. The primary suite features a king-sized bed and a smart TV for late-night movie marathons. A second bedroom has a cozy queen bed and its own smart TV, while the third bedroom offers a full-sized bed. For extra guests, we have a memory foam floor mattress and a futon in the office, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.
Need to stay productive? You'll love our dedicated work-from-home office space, complete with high-speed internet. When it's time to unwind, gather in the living room for a movie on the large smart TV. Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to whip up a gourmet meal, or you can head out and explore the local restaurants, stores, and coffee shops just a short drive away.
Step outside to your own private oasis! The large, fully fenced backyard is perfect for pets and kids to play safely. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink on the shaded backyard patio, a great spot to relax and enjoy the California weather. You'll also have access to a private 2-car garage with a Tesla EV charger, making it easy to park your car and charge up for your next adventure.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, garage, and backyard. Guests will access the home via unique code for the smart lock.
The Neighborhood:
Heartland Hideaway is located in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants and entertainment.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easiest by personal car.

AMENITIES:
We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee/tea, salt & pepper, cooking oil & trash can liners.
ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.
PARKING:
There is a private garage for up to 2 cars to park. 2 additional cars can park in the driveway as well.
THE DRIVE:
The house is very easy to find and located off of a flat, paved road.
INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TVs
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Shaded patio with patio furniture and large fully fenced backyard.
BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms, featuring a king bed, queen bed, and full bed. There is also a futon bed in the office and a memory foam floor mattress. Total accommodations can sleep 8 guests.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil
SECURITY:
Security cameras are located at the front of the house and above the garage for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.
PET FRIENDLY:
Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $60 pet fee (per pet/per stay). Please clean up after them- waste bags are provided. If damages occur from your pets, additional charges will apply.

We want our guests to feel as comfortable as possible during their stay so please reach out if you have any questions or need anything at all. We will give you your privacy, but we are available to assist with anything you need.
