Seaside Haven - Ocean Walk

This ocean front unit in the north tower offers upscale delights along with spectacular views. We are taking extra measures to keep our units extra clean in this challenging time. All surfaces, doorknobs and items like remote controls are sanitized before each new arrival. The unit offers king bedding in the master suite, a King guest room, 2 double beds in the second bedroom, plus a queen sized sleeper in the living room. This unit can sleep up to 10! You`ll really enjoy our beds all the mattresses have been upgraded! Plus we have just updated all our bedspreads, put in new living room furnishings, new carpet, paint, & reupholstered our dinning benches and chairs! The master bedroom features an extra large corner Jacuzzi tub in addition to the king size bed. The living room features a panoramic view and large balcony. The full kitchen opens into the dining and living room area letting everyone enjoy the allure of the spectacular ocean views. The kitchen has everything you need so just bring the groceries! Each living room/ bedroom area also has it`s own washer, dryer, & AC system. Of course every room has a TV with cable and the living room and king guest suite feature DVD players for your favorite movies.

Host was very welcoming. The location was great. Kitchen was nice and clean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I was offered more pillows but the king bed in the back was hard as a rock. The two queens were comfortable but if you had two people the bed would roll you towards each other in the night.

We’re glad to hear the location and cleanliness met expectations. When the bedding concern was raised during the stay, it was addressed promptly and additional pillows were offered in an effort to improve comfort. Mattress comfort can be very subjective, as preferences vary from guest to guest. We appreciate the feedback, as it helps us continue to improve the overall guest experience.

Perfect Getaway Stay

Enjoyed our stay

We were a family of nine ranging in age from 4-72. The owner was very helpful in a timely manner. He addressed my concern on the night we arrived. The employees were all very nice and friendly. Place has been updated since picture taking in post very nice.

if you’re thinking about booking do it NOW! quick and easy check in/ check out clean condo, perfectly stocked kitchen, breathtaking views, the balcony is nice and spacious, easy beach access poolside bar had good drinks amazing service and food was also on point! also communication with property manager was top notch very quick replies and he was very informative when answering any of our questions 10/10 would def recommend!

Summer family beach vacation

Our stay was wonderful. We had so much room for our family of 8. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and the view of the beach and pool area was perfect. The amenities at the resort kept my kids ranging in age from 12 to 25 entertained and busy! We could walk to anywhere we wanted to go and saw fireworks nightly. I would suggest letting someone know if you will be a late arrival as no one is at the designated check desk after a certain time and the guard had to get us squared away - he was super nice and helpful. My whole family agrees that we would definitely want to stay here again!

Perfect location and beautiful view

We were traveling with our 5 children age 13-23. Everyone loved this location. We had more than enough room for everyone, the views are beautiful and the beds are like clouds. The resort has so many activities spread throughout that everyone found activities during rain or downtime. Scott was the best property manager I have ever dealt with during a vacation stay. We had some user error with a few things and he was super quick to respond and help us get things going. I would highly recommend staying at this location and booking this unit. Pictures do not do this unit justice. It's amazing with many upgrades not pictured.

Nice Property in the Daytona Area

This property has been nicely renovated with granite countertops and new furniture! It is not as pictured...it is better! Great view, great property, great owner to work with. My only complaint is that there were very few kitchen utensils and dishes. My guess is that during the reno, much of the old worn out stuff was purged and we stayed before it had been replaced. Along the same lines, I think every rental unit should have Keurig. Its a nice touch...but alas, who goes to Daytona for kitchen utensils. The beach, pool, property and balcony were all beautiful.

Great guest! Thank you for the feedback. We did just recently rennovate this condo and the new dishes, silverware, etc are in the condo now. :)

Annual Spring Break Trip

While Place was clean, we definitely missed having someone come to condo to vacuum and take trash out & stock toiletries. Place slept 10+ however only enough bath towels for 6, not enough cooking utensils for a large group and only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. Wish the kitchen had been stocked more with pans and utensils to cook with. Location was perfect to allow teenagers to get to boardwalk and shopping. Parking garage was tight fit for our Suburban and 1500, also no surveillance in parking garage. Great place, just wished there would have been more information given on lack of kitchen items and that there would be no cleaning staff and no vacuum to clean sand.

I do appreciate the kinds words that mentioned how clean the property was, but this isn't a hotel room, its a vacation rental. On the reservation policy email that is sent out prior to check in, it clearly states that there are 6 bath towels per bathroom. My cleaning company sends me a walkthrough video of all of the properties after they clean them (when I can't walk through myself) so that I can verify things like towels are all there. I can clearly see that the bath towels were under the bathroom sink in the video. A simple phone call to me would have been sufficient to get that confusion alleviated. There definitely are plenty of pots and pans in the unit (verified), so I'm not sure why this statement was made. The parking garage is definitely secure and cameras are everywhere for added protection. With all of this being said, if you are staying in a vacation rental, taking the time to contact your host if you have any questions or concerns. I'm always responsive and here for all of my guests 24/7.

Highly recommended this property.. we took our kids and grandkids for a 4 night beach stay. Plenty of room for 10 of us and everthing you would want to do is on premises or in walking distance...

Ocean front condo

The condo was very spacious and clean. Had an amazing view. Was close to everything that you would want in Daytona Beach. Highly recommend. And Scott was awesome always available to answer any questions that I had.

Condo was as advertised. Nice condo. Needs more pots and pans in the kitchen. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable. But we had a great time spending family time during thanksgiving.

Perfect family vacation location

I have nothing but good things to say about our experience renting and staying at this condo! Within walking distance of so many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Friendly staff, easy check-in, and property manager was very accommodating. We had 10 total (3 families) in our party from 6weeks old to grandparents. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and fit well in this condo. There was a beach umbrella as well as boogie boards in the closet that were great to use. We found a shop near the Walgreens that had used chairs that were very cheap to purchase for the days we were there. The pools were the perfect temperature and the beach was just outside of the gate. We loved our stay and highly recommend this condo.
