Additional sleeping space is available with the comfortable pull-out sofa bed—perfect for extra guests or children.

(Be aware; property is located very close to train tracks and you will experience being able to hear the train blow its whistle to warn cars/pedestrians that they are approaching. This does not bother all guests but some guests have been woken up due to the train blowing their horn. A white noise machine, box fan, and other noise cancelling options can be provided upon request)

About the Location – Important to Know:

The studio is located near active train tracks. You may hear trains passing by during your stay. While many guests aren't bothered, a white noise machine can be provided upon request. The train can run as much as twice per hour, and has ran anywhere from 1 time in a night, or 10 times in a night. If you are unhappy with the train noise please reach out and I'll try my best to improve your stay.

For the safety of all guests, the property is equipped with 6 clearly visible exterior security cameras monitoring common outdoor areas. These do not intrude on guest privacy and are in place to help ensure a secure environment.

Self-Check-In-Early and Late Check Out: Prior approval is required 24 hours in advance and we will accommodate early and/or late check out, with no added charges, if we are able to. However, without prior approval, a charge of $15/hour will be applied for departures at 12:00pm for late check out.(Check out time is 11:00am) Please communicate with me as access codes change after every check out at 11:00am automatically. I will always try my best to accommodate you, Please do not be afraid to ask me anything.
(The $15/hour fee is due to the delay in cleaning. Cleaners are scheduled to arrive at 11am and any unapproved delays can cause the next guests stay to be affected, Please be considerate and ask me for a late check out and I'll do my best to accommodate you without adding any additional charges)
