• Adjacent to the kitchen is an open plan dining/informal lounge and through double period glass doors is the formal living room - this faces east and is a great spot for a coffee in the morning sun!
• Small but functional central bathroom, with shower, vanity and toilet, and second toilet in the laundry space.
• There is a separate study (with desk/chair/computer monitor) and Wifi provided.
• Separate laundry at the rear of the house (with washer, dryer and foldable drying racks).
• Two smart TVs.
• Ducted heating throughout. Split system a/c in the living area. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
