With space to sleep 6, you’ll enjoy brand-new furnishings, 14” comfy mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen, and Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Each bedroom features its own split A/C unit for personalized comfort. Step outside to a spacious yard, a private fire pit, a charcoal BBQ pit, and a charming covered porch with peaceful wooded views.
Guests at Live Oak Cottage also enjoy access to our Oasis Resort property just one mile down the road, where you can swim in the pool or enjoy private riverfront access.

With its close proximity to the river, Garner State Park, and the charming towns of Concan and Leakey, this is the ideal destination for your getaway.
Our location is off CR 350 in Concan, Texas. If you're unfamiliar with the area, we recommend printing directions before your trip, as some cell phone providers may have limited service in our region.
There’s plenty to do nearby, including relaxing or floating down the Frio River, hiking Mount Baldy, taking Frio Bat Flight Tours, hunting, kayaking, bird watching, and enjoying scenic drives through the hill country.
You have exclusive access to your rental.
