The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax.
The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Just 12 minutes from Dubai International Airport and 15 minutes from both Dubai Mall and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library, it provides easy access to the city's key landmarks.
The neighbourhood is designed for comfort and leisure, featuring a welcoming community area, playgrounds, and lush parks where residents can relax and unwind. You will have dining options just a short 5-minute drive away in the wider Dubai Creek Harbour area.
Daily needs are easily covered with Spinneys supermarket just a 5–7 minute walk from Rosewater, while larger stores like Geant, WMart, and Carrefour are only a few minutes' drive. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the area combines modern living with convenience and charm.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
