This 100+ year old, historic home was recently remodeled and fully furnished with all the modern comforts you'll need for an enjoyable stay. Relax on the huge back deck with a hot tub and BBQ, or by the fire pit with firewood provided. Along with room for 10 guests, your furry friends are welcome!

✨ The Space



Sleeping Arrangements: There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds in each. One of the bedrooms also includes a bunkbed, with a twin bed up top on a smaller mattress on the bottom suitable for a small child. There is also a pull-out double bed in the downstairs common area.



Living Area: Open-concept living room with cozy seating, flat-screen TV, board games, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. There is a downstairs living room with a couch that folds out into a double bed and a desk.



Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and dining space for shared meals.



Outdoor Living: The large deck is perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets, plus there’s a hot tub, BBQ and firepit with firewood.

Direct access to Beaver Lake just across the street—perfect for swimming, fishing, boating, and kayaking. The Monte Ne boat ramp is right there as well.



The home is just a short drive to downtown Rogers with restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. You will also be close to Hobbs State Park and scenic Ozark trails for hiking and biking.

home security. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.



Guest Access:

Guests will access the home via a smart lock on the front door. Your personal smart lock code and the property's address will be given on the day of the reservation at the time of check-in. Guests have full access to the house and yard, except for an owner's closet inside the house and the sheds in the backyard.
