With 560 square feet of space, this unit exudes a chalet-inspired, ski town ambiance that will envelop you in warmth and comfort from the moment you arrive.
Step inside and discover a world of convenience and modern amenities designed to make your stay a true home away from home. The open-plan living area boasts a newly updated gourmet kitchen, complete with wood cabinets and all the necessary appliances ā from a microwave to a coffee maker, you'll find everything you need to whip up your favorite home-cooked meals. The tile countertop bar with seating for four provides the perfect spot to savor your culinary creations.
After a day of outdoor adventures, sink into the plush new couch and love seat, strategically positioned in front of a 32" flat screen TV. Whether you're watching a DVD, engaging in a friendly game of Scrabble, or simply immersing yourself in a captivating book, the floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace will keep you snug and content.
Step out onto your private deck where you'll be greeted by breathtaking mountain vistas. It's the ideal place to soak up the sunshine on warm days or watch the abundance of evening stars twinkle at night.
The bedroom is a retreat within a retreat. Furnished with a tufted headboard and a sumptuous King bed, it promises nights of restful slumber. With direct access to the unit's private deck, you can wake up to the beauty of the mountains every morning. Need additional sleeping space? The Queen sofa sleeper in the living area ensures this unit can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
Before or after your embark on your outdoor excursions, refresh and rejuvenate in the newly tiled bathroom, where a hot shower or a leisurely bath awaits you.
Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.
Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.
The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.
For those seeking a bit more relaxation, seasonal access to the nearby Upper Village Pool Complex is also available. Here, you can take a dip in the indoor/outdoor heated pool, unwind in hot tubs or bask in the sun on the tanning deck (Please note that seasonal availability may apply, subject to Spring/Fall Closures).
