This was a fantastic Vrbo - everything just as described in the listing, and host was easy to communicate with. Was here for a mother/daughter weekend (all adults) and had a fabulous time with the pool, the hot tub, the comfortable living room for movie night, and the lovely open kitchen. The house has so much character and historic charm, and is in a very nice neighborhood but also still very close to Memphis attractions. We definitely hope to be back!

We had a fantastic time at this rental. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We had 6 adults and 2 six year olds, and once we got there we didn’t leave. We just swam and enjoyed the house for four days. Hosts were very easy to communicate with when we had questions. Would definitely rent again and recommend to others.

This exceeded our expectations!! The whole house was full of charm and character! We hosted 12 people two of our nights and had plenty of room! Location was great to get to everywhere we needed and wanted! Pool and hot tub were perfect for morning swim and relaxing soak in the evening and more! Julie was exceptional at responding to any questions immediately!! We couldn’t ask for a better host! We will definitely recommend this home to anyway wanting to visit Memphis!!

Really nice property in a very nice neighborhood of Memphis. Bonus it is 3 blocks from where my son lives. The owners were amazing, responsive and dealt with a couple minor issues we had immediately. Highly recommend this beatifully appointed property for your family’s or large group stay!

My extended family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Memphis Belle! Julie, the host, was extremely responsive to any questions or things we needed for the property. The home is in a very cute neighborhood near Downtown Memphis with great access to the area overall. We especially loved the Crosstown Concourse, which is a couple blocks' walk away from the property and has many outstanding dining options. We actually never cooked and ate almost all our meals there. The yard is great with a sparkling pool, newer hot tub, fire pit and many lounge/seating options. Tons of places for people to comfortably sleep with two kings and four queens total. The kids were on the arcade games most of the time. It was perfect for us and also a great value. Can not recommend this place and hosts highly enough.

Inside was great. Our boys loved the bunk beds and all the appliances/tvs/etc. were easy to work. Backyard was not in good shape maintenance wise. Weeds/grass areas were really high and kinda over taking the fire pit area. Hot Tub was nice but half the jets didn't work plus there were a lot of bees and wasps out. Overall, pleased with the stay. Close to a lot of good restaurants, zoo and other spots.

We sincerely apologize for the condition of the backyard during your stay and for the issues you experienced with the hot tub jets and insects outside. Your comments are very helpful, and we’re already addressing these maintenance items with our landscaping and pool/spa teams to improve the experience for future guests. We immediately put up wasp traps. We also immediately sent out our landscaping team. We truly appreciate your stay and your honest feedback, and we’d be happy to host you again in the future.

The host was great and responded in a timely manner and the issues were addressed. The signage for the address was missing so was a little hard to identify the correct house. The yard did need maintenance that was disappointing but wasn’t a show stopper. The chairs in the dinning room needed to be rolled with a lent brush and some had lose screws so didn’t feel that stable and a few of the throw pillows had stains. Overall was very pleased by the way the host attempted to resolve any issues so will look to give the place another try in the future solely based on the host. The rooms where spacious and everyone enjoyed themselves and the TVs where great glad they were in each bedroom and you can screen share which is very important to me so huge plus overall nice setup. There wasn’t enough pool towels so advise to bring your own.

LOVED the Memphis Belle! The accuracy of the description on line is exactly what we arrived to! Neighborhood? Wonderful! Noticed many younger residents walking their dogs, strolling babies, just enjoying the area. And this was also noticeable in the evening. Area was well lit up and felt safe at all times. I am familiar with Memphis; but you won’t walk the distance it would take to not feel safe. The house is situated in the middle of a great area. The home? PERFECT! Older historic home that has been updated with all the modern amenities without taking away the charm. The back yard area? I cant even describe how awesome it is! A long table for eating outside. A clean, new hot tub. The pool large, clean, and inviting. Plenty of areas for photo opportunities with your loved ones inside AND outside of the home. Playground area for the littles and a gas fire table with chairs and blankets surrounding it. All in all everything was perfect!

Was definitely family friendly! We had 4 grands and there was a room that accommodated all of them. Plus 2 1/2 baths is a bonus with 6 people. We had meals out on the patio by the pool, enjoyed the pool toys and definitely the pool in those hot days in Memphis! It was close to the zoo, Bass Pro Shop, the FedEx Forum. It was a residential area that seemed safe. The kids want to stay there again!

I highly recommend this property! The house was exactly what we were looking for—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and made it easy to relax after a day of exploring Memphis. The location was perfect: central to everything we wanted to do while also feeling safe and quiet. The accommodations had everything we needed for a great stay, and we would absolutely book this home again the next time we’re in Memphis.
