Makai 503 is a limited bay view condo with a south-facing balcony located just a block away from the beach. An affordable, efficiency unit, the living area provides both a queen size murphy bed that folds down and also a queen sleeper so you are able to choose which you prefer. The condo consists of a combined living room/bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with both K-Cup and drip coffeemakers, and a full bathroom with shower and tub. Guests may have a small child under 5 years of age, but they have to sleep on top of the sofa, because you can’t open both at the same time
Makai is conveniently located on 42nd Street and the bayfront, where you can walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the beach. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, a ground floor lounge with free internet access, a fitness center, and a billiards room. This property rents any 3 nights. Guest must provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products, and there is washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
