Near Downtown Los Angeles with a BREATH-TAKING VIEW!!!!!!!

Relax with the whole family, just friends, or alone at this peaceful place to stay, while not being too far away from everything Downtown LA offers. The view is amazing!!!!!! Near many great places such as the Citadel Outlets, Crypto Arena, Silver Lake, The Alley, the Fashion District, Hollywood, Montebello Golf Course, Top Golf, Ascot HIlls Trail, Elysian Park, Dodger Stadium,The Commerce Casino, and right by all of the major Highways 710, 5, I-10, 101, and 60.

This unit has its own separate entry way, with 2 full bedrooms, each with 1 Queen bed. The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with rain shower. while the main use bathroom has a tub/ shower combo.

The Kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, glasses, pots and pans for those who want to make their own meals. Complimentary coffee and a keurig machine along with mint candies for those days the garlic or food lingers in your mouth.

Body wash is provided in each bathroom, along with hand towels and bath towels.

The TV does have HBO MAX and Hulu, you can always use your log in if you have Netflix or other streaming apps for the TV.

There is a seating area right outside your door in which you can still enjoy the view and have possibly some drinks to relax.

There is a twin size air mattress if needed for a 5th person in the unit.

There are also 2 beach chairs in the unit if you would like to use if going to the beach.

Guests are allowed to use the patio space adjacent to the entrance of the unit. Also, 1 parking spot is available in the garage. Please be mindful it is a 2-car garage and there will be 1 car parked inside, so we ask that you please be careful when parking so that there is enough space to open your door without hitting the other car.

BBQ Grill can be provided if you would like to use.

The space is dog friendly, but please remember that any damage caused as a result of an unruly pet would have to be charged back to all guests. There is a dog on property already, but she has her own space and would not be interfering with your stay.

We would also like to advise if you can honor quiet time after 10p. Not saying you can't play music or anything, but to please be respectful of the neighbors. Also, we do not allow other guests outside of those listed for the unit to be inside the unit.

Please remember to turn off the air conditioner/ heater if not inside the unit.
