Think about another family that you like to vacation with and invite them to split the bill with you! Cleanliness, guest service and safety are our primary concern! We take special care to ensure the home is completely sanitized after each stay by our professional cleaning team, inspected by management and documented using industry-leading technology. We even go as far as to utilize ultraviolet sanitizers to sanitize TV, game console and ceiling fan remote controls after each stay! If you find anything that is not up to these cleanliness standards, or if anything seems out of place, please message us as soon as you discover.

⛳️ Champions Gate is a golfers PARADISE! The world famous Champions Gate Country Club (1/4 mile away, In the neighborhood) Champions Gate Golf Club (1 mile away at The Omni) each provide world class golfing!

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 10 AM. Champions Gate is a secure community with guards at all entries. All drivers will need to be added to the guest list prior to arrival and provide I.D. at the guard shack. You will be issued an orange guest pass which will also provide admission to the club houses. Up to 2 pets are allowed for a fee of $50 per pet, per night. Pets must never be left in the home unattended unless locked in a crate. Must be on a leash when leaving the property and owner must maintain control of the animal at all times. Booking guest is responsible for any damage to the property or any other issues caused by pets brought to the property.



BEDROOMS: Theme Park Vacation Homes designs our properties to provide the best accommodations for large groups! Our mix of luxury furniture in the adult rooms and living/dining, paired with fun themed kids room makes the most out of sleeping and living arrangements for groups containing all age ranges. This home sleeps 18 guests. Flat screen smart TVs are located in each bedroom, allowing you to login to your favorite streaming service! Each TV also has Spectrum cable and Samsung TV Plus apps with hundreds of channels on each.





BATHROOMS: All 5 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and mouth wash), toilet paper, plush bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths. There are hair dryers in adult bathrooms. Please note that toiletries are limited. If you have a multi-day stay or large group you will need to bring additional supplies. We utilize "PhoneSoap" ultraviolet sanitizers to clean and sanitize all TV and game console controllers after each stay! -Professional and Highly trained cleaning crew -Gift tray with dish soap, laundry pods, candy & coffee -All towels for pool and bathrooms provided -Pack-N-Play with bassinet -High Chair



-Trash pickup is every morning, simply place trash in receptacle right outside front door.



KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware and has a full line of new appliances as well as blender, Keurig and drip coffee maker included. The dining area has seating for 10 adults, along with all the necessary dinnerware and dining set.



OUTDOOR SPACE: Private pool & spa on site with large covered outdoor seating area and dining table. (Additional charge for heat ($50 per night) and grill($70 per tank). Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a fee or $50 per pet, per night. No dangerous breed dogs.
