Boscombe is situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch and offers everything, at an affordable price, whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth. Bournecoast are also marketing other apartments in the block if you wish to holiday as a larger family group together but prefer to have the space and privacy of staying in separate apartments.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
In the Master Bedroom you will find a Double Bed and the benefit of a SMART TV. The Second Bedroom is a Triple Bedroom with full size Single Bunk Beds and a separate Single Bed and this room also benefits from a FLATSCREEN TV with an AMAZON FIRESTICK.

There is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has been tastefully furnished, the lounge is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and FREE WIFI for holiday lets is available (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

Leading off the lounge/diner is the modern kitchen area which is fitted with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE.

This accommodation has a modern bathroom which includes a bath with a shower facility and a toilet.

There is off road parking in the car park for one car on a first come, first served basis (please note the space is not reserved or guaranteed). There is a communal bicycle store on the premises (please note that the store is not enclosed so bicycles need to be locked to the bars provided - bicycles are left at the owner's risk).
