EMMI 4* studio apartment - an oasis in the center of Ljubljana

EMMI is a 4* studio apartment, a fully renovated, bright and open space in the very heart of Ljubljana for max. 3 persons.

Enjoy your complimentary morning coffee by the melody of the church bells just a 100m away on the main square. You will find the apartment in a historic building, located on a little square of its own, the smallest square in the city.

EMMI is a place surrounded by tales of history and yet completely adapted to contemporary way of living.
It is reserved for people of good taste, who can appreciate fine ambience and light, central location and views to die for.

Much attention has been put into details, which were designed to make the space as functional as possible and yet retain its clean and simple lines.

It is smaller in size (32m²), but the openness and brightness of the space make it feel anything but cramped.

The bedroom is not separated, which makes the flat quite intimate (appropriate for a single person, a couple or a family of three).
There are 2 sleeping areas: an extremely comfortable double bed (180 x 210cm) and an extremely easy to use pull-out sofa bed in the living room (converts into 140 x 210cm).

The building is very easy to find. it was built in the 1800's, but has recently undergone a complete renovation. EMMI is located on the first floor (no elevator).
The building also takes pride in being the residence of a famous Slovenian painter, Ivana Kobilica, in the 19th century.

EMMI is fully equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances - everything you need to feel right at home:

Internet is free. The wi-fi connection is excellent but you can also find plug-ins and loudspeakers all over the apartment.

We will be happy to store your luggage in a locked space inside the building before your check-in or/and after your check-out. Free of charge.

Sadly pets cannot be accomodated and smoking is not allowed due to the strict slovenian smoking law.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Views are amazing…in center of all the action but no noise due to double windows…Host was excellent ((: …very attentive and great communication… clean and well-stocked…this is our 2nd stay @ this property and we look forward to returning…Pop’s Restaurant right outside the door is great and always bustling…high energy spot both inside the apartment and outside in surrounding area…busy cafes with patio seating at every step right outside the apartment… full of activity even @ this time of year!! Very nice! All the comforts of home!

Nina was fantastic! Great communication, fantastic tips, even left us a local bottle of wine/cookies/delicious chocolate bar. Sooo nice to have those surprises! ❤️ Location was great, very convenient. All the comforts of home. Only suggestion I can make is to have a fan to circulate air in bedroom….we travel with our own little fan but would have been nice to have that as an option. Bedding was super comfy! ***** rating! 😁

Intro to Ljubljana

The property is located just across from the 3 bridges and it is a perfect location. Easy to find and the parking suggestions Nina made were great. She also gave us a few suggestions for our night in town. Definitely will look to stay here again when we come through Ljubljana in the future.

Funktionale Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum

Wer mitten im Zentrum wohnen möchte, wird sich hier wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung ist architektonisch gut geplant und sehr funktional ausgestattet. Es fehlt einem eigentlich an nichts, was man von einer städtischen Ferienwohnung erwarten kann. Falls man mit Freunden verreist, sollte man aber beachten, dass Toiletten und Dusche zwar abschließbar sind, aber nach oben offen. Uns hat das aber kaum gestört.

Stylish and elegant refurbishment

The apartment location is in the heart of the heritage area on the bank of the river. The fitout is superb with every need catered for. The new windows ensured absolute quiet during the night despite the crowds promenading along the river banks. Ideal for a couple to see the sights of Ljubljana (and great value too!).

We have stayed in many vacation rentals but EMMI exceeds all others. Everything has been provided from shampoo, coffee to shoe polish and bath robes. Best location in Ljubjana! You are in the middle of this vibrant city. Highly recommend staying here.

Modern and charming apartment. Perfect size for 2 people. Nina the owner is an architect. The interior is simple, well designed and spotless. Located in the heart of Ljubljana overlooking the river. Perfect City Apartment

We loved this apartment. Clean, modern, well-designed, very functional and perfectly located on the river. Nina, the owner, was extremely responsive and on top of every detail. The area is car-free, so no onsite parking, but there is a public garage that is easy to find and a 10 minute walk away. We highly recommend this apartment.

Christmas Light in Ljubljana

We had such a warm welcome to this very central, very comfortable and very special apartment. Ljubljana's Christmas lights were switched on while we were there and we had a marvellous view of them from our windows when we'd had enough of sampling the mulled wine, Gibanica (Slovenian cake) and other goodies outside. We enjoyed the friendly people, the architecture, the food, the wine, a cycle tour, the castle, strolling round the streets and exploring the many wonderful buildings and places in Ljubljana. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. The owner was really helpful, meeting us, giving us information, booking our transport back to the airport and walking with us to the pick up point (and retrieving a forgotten bag with passport contained therein!)

EMMI is perfection!

We loved this apartment in the heart of Ljubljana. It was cozy and calming. Nina was a wonderful hostess and she spared no detail. The location was perfect, right next to the river and walking distance to the castle. Parking arrangements nearby were easy and reasonable. We hope to be back!

Central and strategic position of appartment with the nice pointview, sophisticated and refined interior design, very clean and louminous, we love so much white colour! Great place to stay!

The location of the apartment is fantastic. Very close to the Triple Bridge, Preseren Square, restaurants/bars, and sites. Nina was great to work with and responded quickly to all my questions. The apartment is small, bu tit is a very efficient use of space. Three adults fit comfortably. Would definitely stay there again.

Beauty, Convenience and Comfort!

I travel quiet a bit for work and live out of the US 9 months out of the year. It's so refreshing to find a place to stay that is clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. Nina (the owner) has gone through great measures to make this apartment perfect for your stay and I was not disappointed. The apartment is laid out in a way so that there is no waisted space. There is plenty of room for 2 or 3 people and I never felt like I needed more room. My wife and I stayed for 8 weeks and my wife had a friend join her for 2 of those weeks, we all enjoyed the space together. Nina was kind and helpful and went above and beyond what would be considered standard as far as helping us goes. We have enjoyed our stay and will look back with fond memories of this beautiful place. I hope someday we can return to Ljubljana and if we do we will defiantly stay here.

Classy comfort and convenience.

This is a beautifully updated apartment in the best location in Ljubljana. There isn't anything the owner didn't think of to make our stay comfortable. I was here for a month and then my wife came to join me for a month. There was two weeks in there that my wife's friend came and all 3 of us enjoyed the space. Nina the owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, and met every need we had. I will always look back on our stay in Ljubljana with fond memories because of her desire to please us. You won't be sorry if you stay here, one of our most favorite places we have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many as I live out of the US 9 months out of a year.

We feel EMMI is a perfect get-away retreat in such an urban environment. It is perfectly located with everything in short walking distance. Once you go out, you could return to the apartment at any time during the day, rest for a while and go out again. If you don't want to eat out despite of all the restaurants nearby, you will find the kitchen fully equipped for a home-made meal.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

As we are sure you will too, we all first fell in love with the views! It feels as though your living room is on the main square!
The building is considered as historic cultural heritage and seems as though it has stories to tell. It is located on a little square, which is made extremely lovely by the fountain next to a big tree, giving shade to the bench below.
