Condo was in a great location for all we wanted to do. Very clean and comfortable. In unit washer/dryer was very convenient. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. The only reason I didn't give five stars is the kitchen staples that many places have weren't there-like spices-which the description made it seem like they were. It was stocked well with dishes, pans, etc. Would stay here again!

We had an excellent experience at this apartment. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very communicative and timely. The kitchen was well stocked and we had a wonderful stay!

Location was great! Ease of checking in was good. Size of the apartment was good and location in the complex was great (right near the pool). Cons: very overpowering stale smell as soon as you walk in. Bathroom was tiny for only 1 bathroom to share. Not enough towels- 2 bath towels and 3 pool towels is not enough if you sleep 4 in the condo. Cleanliness could be improved. Hair in the shower stall floor and lots of dirty marks/stains around door handles/walls and ceilings. Walls super thin- could hear full conversations late at night neighbors below. Woke us up one night at 2am.

We arrived late the evening of the first day.We could not get into the place b/c the key lock box combination wasn't given. We called the number. It was a international number & no one answered. We ended up staying at an another hotel.

Our records show that the check-in instructions, including the door code and our local contact number, were sent through VRBO prior to your arrival. We did not receive any calls or messages from your reservation regarding trouble accessing the property, so unfortunately we were not aware of any issue at the time. Had we been contacted, our team would have been happy to assist right away and help get everything sorted quickly. Providing a smooth arrival experience is very important to us, and our team is always available to assist if questions or concerns come up during a stay.

This unit seems like it was never finished being updated. We were given two towels for a six day stay. There is an abundance of shampoo and body wash but no shelf or shower caddy to hold it so it is on the floor and you have to reach down to pump it. There is no coffee maker, we brought our own coffee and filters and there was one in the listing pictures. KCup only. No Windex or cleaning supplies. Broom but no mop. Very sterile decorations and accommodations. Curtain rod in living room is broken, light in closet is burned out, the electronic door tells you battery is low every time you use it, fireplace surround is messed up. The kitchen has doors and drawers that hit each other. Really needs a good handyman to spend a day or two fixing all the things that are wrong. There are no supplies in the kitchen, not even salt and pepper, pans were put away dirty. The key tack is hanging on the wall in the kitchen with the plugs pulled out from the wall. We just had to be careful about everything. We felt like everything we touched was breaking or falling off the wall. Couldn’t open curtains because of the broken rods. The pictures in the listing were of a different unit.
