Great place for a family vacation! Newly restored early 20th Century home is all located within a 5 minute walk to everything: the waterfalls, aquarium, Seneca Casino, dozens of restaurants and more. Not only can you enjoy the night time view of the Niagara Falls, Ontario skyline but you can walk there in 10 minutes. With a park style charcoal grill, outdoor picnic tables and umbrellas, you can enjoy the Park and Canadian Skyline scenery while grilling your favorite foods. Welcome to the Gray Goose, a spacious and beautifully decorated home just steps from Niagara Falls attractions. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 10 guests, it’s perfect for families and groups. Sleeping arrangements: 3 queen beds, 2 full beds, 2 twin beds Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are connected (must walk through 2 to access 3) First-floor convenience: 1 bedroom and a full bath with walk-in shower Amenities Free Wi-Fi Free parking Linens provided: sheets, blankets, and 1 pillow per booked guest Bathroom essentials: blow dryer, hand soap, bath towels (1 per guest), hand towels, wash cloths, and toilet paper Please bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash due to skin sensitivities and preferences Kitchen essentials include: Dish soap, utensils, pots/pans, cups, dishes, and silverware Drip coffeemaker, toaster, and electric kettle Location & Transportation All Niagara Falls attractions are within walking distance. The Discover Niagara Shuttle stops right at your doorstep, offering a 14-mile scenic journey to Fort Niagara and Lake Ontario, with stops in Historic Lewiston and Youngstown. Outdoor Spaces Exclusive guest access: Cozy sitting area by the side entrance and a spacious backyard—ideal for relaxing outdoors Shared amenities: Picnic tables and park-style grill in the crushed stone area, shared with two adjacent vacation homes Entire house, Guests of the Gray Goose have exclusive access to the cozy sitting area located next to the side door entrance, as well as the spacious, grassed backyard directly behind the house—perfect for relaxing or enjoying quiet time outdoors. Please note that the crushed run stone area, which includes picnic tables and a park-style grill, is a shared common space available for use by guests of all three adjacent vacation homes. Minimum Age Requirement: You must be 25 years of age or older to book. The booking guest must be present at check-in, and a valid government-issued photo ID will be verified. No 3rd-Party Bookings: Reservations made on behalf of others are not allowed. Local Restrictions: Guests with local area codes 716 are not permitted. No Parties or Meetups: This is a strict no-party property. Gatherings, events, and meetups are prohibited. The City of Niagara Falls requires a guest register with names and ages of all guests (including children and infants) and a list of all vehicles with license plate numbers. Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property at any time. Violation will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund. Thermostats are preset and locked for guest comfort: Heat: 68–73°F Air Conditioning: 67–72°F No early check-ins: Please do not arrive before the listed check-in time. Our team needs the full window to clean, sanitize, and prepare the home.
