Just steps from this home are the white sands of the crescent beach of Marco Island, not to mention a wide choice of fantastic restaurants, a four-screen dine-in movie theater, an ice cream parlor, shops, the Marco Island Art League, outdoor adventure rentals, miniature golf, as well as the many of the other entertainment options that Marco Island has to offer.

Great house with lots of room to spread out!

We enjoyed the house and all of its room, very nice pool area and deck. Great location. It would be nice to update linens, pillows. Good stay overall...

This past week myself and 8 friends stayed at this property and truly enjoyed ourselves. The pool was terrific and the layout of the bedrooms was perfect. We had all the comforts of home in a tropical restful setting close to everything we were interested in.

Enjoyed our stay

We loved the location of this property! It was a short, convenient walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! We enjoyed having our 2 grandkids and parents with us in the house and having separate sleeping quarters and bathrooms for our adult children. The decor is somewhat dated but the location and spaces more than made up for that!

Property was great, the kids swam in the pool every day

Great location, the house is close to lots of restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. We didn’t use our rental car very much at all.

Amazing family vacation

Its a very comfortable house and was very enjoyable. There was everything we need that was in the house. The pool was very fun and enjoyable, especially for the kids. Walking to the beach doesn't take that long.

Great location to beach

This property was close to the beach which was a plus. The house was a good size and was clean. The pool area was wonderful and the hot tub was an added bonus. There were plenty of towels. Had a few issues in the beginning but Kelli did her best and fot them resolved for us.

Perfect vacation

The house exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very comfortable in their room. The two rooms by the pool were a nice surprise. My parents and inlaws were very comfortable. They had everything we needed for the pool and the beach. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes walk. The beach was also a few minutes walk. I highly recommend staying here if you have a large family.

Vacation with adult children

Our family stayed a week at the property. Close to everything. 7 adult's, plenty of room, no issues. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The pool area is enclosed for privacy and the screen kept the bugs out. We really enjoyed the property. It was our 1st stay on Marco island. If you're on the fence, it was worth every penny.

Lido House

This is a great house especially if there are multiple families vacationing together. The rooms and pool house are all spaced out so everyone has their own bit of privacy. The covered heated pool and hot tub were wonderful and kept the kids both big and small entertained. There are a lot of extras items for the beach, pool and outside activities. For little ones there was a high chair, pack & play & a stroller to use which was great to have. It was only a very short walk to the public entrance for the beach and many restaurants which was very convenient. I would recommend this house to others and would go back in the future.

Marco Island

This house has a great location for going to the beach and proximity to restaurants. However the house is getting a little bit run down due to lack of maintenance/ cleaning. The house lacks basic repairs to the cracks in the ceiling that have been there for over a year, return air grills are covered in dust, kitchen cabinets are falling apart. Also the hot tub/spa doesn’t work I emailed the property manager on the first day and they never responded. Our overall stay was great I would recommend this house as long as you aren’t too picky.

Property was fantastic. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Great setup. All the extras for beach, other outside activities in garage. They had plenty of beach towels and other linens. Be sure to check the binder with trash/recycling bin info and pickup days. The property owners/rental property managers are working to upgrade the internet and add more TVs. Just a phenomenal location within walking distance of one public beach access, restaurants and some nice shops. We loved it! The best part for me it was most affordable which I appreciate from the heart...my family had a very nice time. Thanks to the property owners and Clausen property management 😀

Had so much fun!

We stayed at 960 Lido Court for over a week with our grown boys and their spouses. We had a ton of fun and the property was perfect to house all of us. We had 7 of us. There is room for 8-10. We all had queen sized or bigger beds and our own rooms. The pool area was great and it is close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. One of the guest rooms could use a new bed frame it squeaked every time you moved but the others were great. The pool area could use more lights for night time. If people stay longer invest in trash bags because the out door trash bins were over flowing when we got there and when we left. The bigger bins would be better. I would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our family.

Family vacation

The property was in a great location. The only issue we had were the amount of supplies ( ie towels, face clothes, pillows) for ten people. There also were no kitchen towels which we ended up buying along with additional pillows which we left behind. Other than that it was a relaxing stay.

convenient, great pool

Visited Marco for wedding at Marco Beach Ocean Resort. Could walk there in 5 minutes. Very good. Pool was great, with flowing hot tub, lots of lounges, chairs, table, grill. 5 bedrooms, 2 completely private in guest house, each with their own bath. Overall, great place. A couple things that could be improved on: 1. No internet, but I think this is because of Ian. 2. Master bath shower just kind of dribbles. 3. Master bed should have sheets that fit. 4. Kitchen cupboards are disintegrating, but functional. 5. Take your own ice cube trays, or no way to have ice. These little things are meant to help make the place even better, but would recommend it strongly. Had a great week!

Property was okay

Great location. A lot of space. Kids loved the pool. The rest left a lot to be desired. Shower broken in ADU. (They fixed after the weekend) Water heater leaked in closet all over. (Not fixed as we left) Very minimal towels for use. Interactions with Clausen staff was hit or miss, at moments helpful and at others rude and short with us. Additionally they are building another house next door, concrete saw running for 3 days, dusting floating over the pool area on and off during that time. Currently foundation work is done but now framing begins. I wish the best to the next renters for the next couple of months. Additionally another property in the back yard is also being prepped for building…constant pounding for some reason, during several days. Maybe pilings for foundation work? Would I stay there again. Possibly, due to its location and size…but with a lot lower of expectations on service and amenities. Maybe they know your coming for the first two so they can provide less of the other two?

Lacking communication

I called them to tell them about many missing and not working items. The sliding doors do not lock in main house BUT we were told to leave the pool door unlocked for maintenance. This is a safety concern. They told me they would call me the next day. Well the 9 day stay I never heard back from them. Overall an amazing property.

Perfect house for relaxing on Marco!

Our family was in Marco for a beach wedding. We had an amazing time at this house, we were able to accommodate a few extra family members the night of the wedding, and then for the rest of the week we were spread out and able to relax both inside and out in the great lanai covered pool area. A short walk to the public beach as well as plenty of things to do in walking distance made our family able to pick and choose whatever we wanted to do each day. Overall we all agreed we would love to return to this property and enjoy Marco Island together again soon!!
