Great location and home

Our family of 5 stayed at this property for a sporting event at Boombah, which is directly across the street, so it was a perfect location. Just outside of main area of Sanford, and close to several stores, shops, etc. The house was comfortable and more than enough space for our crew. Linens and the stocked kitchen cookware and dishes was great. We will stay again if available for our tournament next year!

Very spacious and lovely home!

The home had lots of room for my 4 kids, grandmother, aunt, husband, and myself. It is a lovely home, and there was plenty of yard for my kids to play outside in. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in the area.

This rental property was in the perfect location for our family that lives down in Florida. The house has plenty of space and room for guests. We loved the great room and didn’t have any issues whatsoever. Would gladly stay there again.

We chose this house due to its location between family members who live in Florida. The house is big enough to accommodate all of our family who came over for dinners. The great room was spectacular and we all had a wonderful stay.

Great holiday vacation home in a relaxing environment

Rented this property for family to visit over the new years holiday and it could not have worked out better! Great home with tons of living and entertainment space. Loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms, and the great room and screen porch were super for hanging out and relaxing. The owner Rene and property manager Beth were wonderful and accomodating. Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Orlando area.

Wonderful, quiet & close to the airport! The home decor was unique & fun, but still felt very inviting. It was just two of us that stayed here and most of the stay we were exploring the area or visiting with friends for a good portion of the time. It was so nice to come back at the end of the day to a house that felt like "home". The only complaint we had was the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable, but manageable for a few days. We would definitely book this location if visiting the area again.

A fine stay.

The location was good for our plans. Very close to the Sanford airport. House is a bit dated and quirky but clean and cozy. Great communication with owner - they texted me to let me know check in would have to be an hour later, but that didn’t affect us as our flight landed late at night anyway. No real complaints with this place. One thing to note is that the owner/housekeper/someone stayed in an RV in the driveway the whole time. It didn’t bother us really, but some folks would probably want to know.

Wonderful place to stay!

We stayed at this home for 10 days and it was the best decision we could have made!! The house is beautiful and it is very spacious and very clean . We loved the kitchen and the double living rooms and the bedrooms were all very good size and all had bathrooms. The yard was very large and private! The patio was a favorite of ours since it was screened in and had the built in BBQ which we used quite often . The home is very close to Sanford Airport but you would never know this since it's so peaceful! Orlando is just a 45 minute drive away as is Daytona Beach. Very nice place for the family or a group of friends. We will definitely be staying there again!

Celebrating 86th birthdays. The space was great for a large gathering The towels were not in the bathrooms and we had to search for them. Sent message to Evolve and they said that was the practice. The washcloths need updating as they are a bit worn. Extra trash bags would have been handy as with 7 for 4 days you have a lot of trash

Plenty of room to move about. Clean. lots of tvs, unique "man cave room" Booking site needs to change/add some check-in things. There is no lockbox with physical key. Lock is a digital door lock. Enter a # after entering in door code. When checking in, drive around back of house, lock is on back door.

Off the beaten path but close to everything

My family (5 of us) were in town for my father's birthday, plus some of the party were going to Universal Studios. This house was in the middle between the two locations, which was super handy. We met the caretaker when we arrived - a super nice guy who showed us around and pointed out that you need to add a # to the end of the code to unlock the door (the rental company doesn't mention that). The house was comfortable and plenty big enough for all of us to spread out. A big plus was all the bedrooms had an en suite bathroom. The only complaint was the bed in our room was a bit uncomfortable, but was better for us once I took the foam topper off. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and convenient

This home offered 3 bedrooms with attached full bathrooms, which is a rare find, so the space, which included an extremely large den with a nice bar, was spacious, convenient and comfortable. We also really enjoyed having so much parking and although there was someone living on the property in an RV, it was very quiet and private. The location was not congested and had a new Publix right down the street and of course, downtown Sanford is a great place to walk around and have dinner and drinks. My only recommendation would be to replace most of the furnishings since they are outdated and replace and re-organize the kitchen items, same there, but if these things are not important, then the space is big, comfortable, and clean. We didn't seem to get responses to the few questions we asked, but it was Christmas and they were not important questions so no biggie. The people in the RV were very nice and helpful when my husband asked them the questions and the owner was very friendly, even though we didn't really want to bother him.
