Summer Special - 5 stars Luxurious Villa with Pool and SPA

We are proud to offer you our luxurious villa for your vacation. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. It is conveniently located in a gated community in Lely Resort, just 15 minutes away from Old Naples and 5th Avenue shops.

You can have a splash in your own private heated pool, soak in the spa or enjoy a glass of bubbly under the screened lanai. Deck chairs, gas BBQ and outdoor dining complete the setting for a tropical resort living.

The single family home has 2100 sq ft of living space with 3 bedrooms. The maple kitchen is completely stocked to meet a chef's demands. It features all new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, large pantry, and seating for eight plus three additional bar stools at the breakfast bar.
The very large living room has new furniture; TV, DVD and Cable are included. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed. The adjoining ensuite bathroom is equipped with an oversized bath and walk in shower. There are 2 other bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and another with 2 twin beds.

Access to the Members Only Lely Resort Players Club is available and allows you to relax in the tropical surrounds of the pool with a huge waterfall, dine with friends in a private cabana, workout at the fitness center or be pampered at the spa. *Please inquire when booking.
Naples beach and pier is a 15 minute car ride away. Marco island and its beaches 10 minutes. Fort Myers international airport 30 miles and Miami airport 100 miles.

Fantastic time!

We have stayed in several homes in Lely and this home was one of the most comfortable homes we've rented. The bed in the master bedroom had the perfect support for us and the the home was extremely well laid out. The Weber grill was a great quality grill and we really enjoyed cooking many meals on it. The home sits on the 4th fairway of The Mustang course and it was quite busy in January, but that didn't bother us. Serge was great to work with and we always enjoy the temporary membership to The Player's Club. We have already booked the home for next January.

Excellent Property & Service From a Top Owner

4 weeks in this home was simply 10/10,despite the hurricane damage clearly visible on the golf course.We had a few problems with the Tv and power issues but The Owner was only a phone call away and talked through the problem and then the solution. One criticism would be that when we arrived at 11.00 pm at night after a 9 hour flight from uk and a difficult storm filled 2 hour drive from Miami there was only 4 cans of cold beer in the fridge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If Serge was a song it would be The classic Tina Turner song "Simply The Best"

Wonderful stay!

We spent three weeks in Serge's beautiful home. The pool area is a dream come through for any family who likes to spend time in the pool! Spacious and the hot tub was an added bonus. Lots of sun for suntanning as well! Home was very well equipped. We eat a lot of meals in the home because of two small kids and there wasn't anything that I needed to go out and buy. Everything was there and lots more. Beds were super comfy which is so important to us when staying for long stays! We will be back next year if all goes well. You cannot beat the location and the owners are the best! Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home!

WONDERFUL family vacation home!!

My family and I spent a month here and we had a fantastic time. The home is exactly as pictured. The pool area was perfect. Very comfortable patio furniture made this our favorite place to kick back or have lunch or dinner. I looked at a ton of houses before we picked this one and the pool area was much nicer than all those at a comparable price. The house is located inside a gated community in Lely Resort. The neighborhood was very quite. The location was great. Lely is about halfway between Naples and Marco Island making it easy to enjoy both. There is a Walmart, Publix and Walgreens all very close. The Player's Club was AMAZING! We basically had the whole club to ourselves since summer is their off season. We ate dinner at Tiki Bar and Grill there several times (great burgers), the fitness center was very nice and all the waterfall pools were perfect for my kids. The toddler pool was a zero entry pool with some spouting water features and waterfalls that my son loved. The owners were very easy to work with and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They were very responsive any time I had questions (and I had a lot...I like to do my homework before we rent!) We would definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful Home in Lely Resort!

I stayed in this beautiful home for 3 months while I began a new job and was looking at homes to buy. I was completely happy and satisfied in this great home. This house is basically brand new with all new furniture, I could not have been more fortunate that this was available. It was clean, nicely appointed and well furnished and everything I needed was provided. The owners are fantastic people, extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The house is located in Lely Resort, the premier gated community in Naples and my long term rental included a temporary membership to the Club which was totally awesome. I would highly recommend this beautiful Lely Resort Villa to young couples, 55+, or families with children. I would definitely rent this home again and I hope to very soon.
