Welcome to our cozy 3brm retreat! Featuring 2 queen beds, 1 king and 2 living rooms! This stylish upper unit has warm autumn-inspired décor, creating the perfect space to unwind. Nestled near the Bow River and surrounded by nature, it’s ideal for outdoor lovers. The kitchen is fully stocked, making it easy to create delicious home-cooked meals to enjoy with family and friends. Enjoy peaceful walks, scenic trails, and a comfortable stay close to everything you need! Long or short stays welcome!

Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Government-issued ID may be required. Reservations made by guests under 25 will be subject to cancellation.

Before check-in, guests may be required to complete a secure pre-arrival verification form. This helps us confirm booking details and maintain the safety of the home. The link will be provided through Airbnb messaging after your reservation is confirmed.

Additional Fees & Optional Protection (Please Read Before Booking)
To help protect our home and keep nightly rates fair, the following may apply:
• Optional Damage Protection: Guests may choose an optional damage waiver of $32.10 per stay, which provides coverage for accidental damage during the reservation. This waiver is optional and not required to book.
• Guest Identification: For all reservations, we will collect a valid government-issued photo ID from guests. This is required to complete the booking and check-in process.
