This unit is recently renovated with all new bedroom furniture, updated bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, and special touches throughout. The backyard has been redesigned with new paver brick surfaces, patio furnishings, and tranquil landscape lighting.

The property is a 2 sided duplex, both sides are identical and used for rentals, the West facing side will be your home. It features an air conditioned 1,000 square foot inside living space, private tranquil backyard and spacious parking. Bikes and beach supplies are also included for your stay!

There are 2 private bedrooms 1 King 1 Queen, 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom (accessible from the master bedroom), an open kitchen facing the family/dining room, and a separate entry room which also serves as a semi private sleeping area for 2 (using a Queen sleeper sofa). All furniture is high quality with comfortable sleeping surfaces. Plenty of sitting, sleeping, and stretching room for up to 4 people.

Among other amenities, a smart lock for coming and going, a smart TV included in both the living room and master bedroom, to keep everyone entertained, and Wifi to keep everyone connected.

Security and safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior surveillance cameras.

Guests will have full access to their respective side of the duplex. Your home away from home includes the following amenities:

As your host, we want to make sure you have the best experience possible. We will be available for assistance with the property should the need arise, however if all goes well, we don't anticipate any direct interactions with our guests.

In keeping with the tropical theme, nearby attractions include a State Park, fresh and saltwater fishing spots, a lighthouse, multiple beaches, and even a marine life center featuring Loggerhead turtles.

Please note, the exterior of this property is protected by 24 hour recorded video surveillance. For guests privacy, we do not utilize interior surveillance of any kind.
